We stayed at Greenleaf just before purchasing our own place in Boothbay Harbor. Jersey, the manager, is on top of every detail and helped us in innumerable ways during our stay. He knows everything about the area and is the ultimate host. Greenleaf is very centrally located and you can walk everywhere, too. Thanks Jersey!

We especially appreciated the inviting common-area kitchen, stocked with complimentary breakfast items, drinks, and snacks. Our room was beautifully appointed and exceptionally comfortable. We booked a stay for Memorial Day weekend after seeing this place on youtube and it DID NOT disappoint. The house is stunning, the views were gorgeous, the beds were comfortable, and it was a 2 minute walk or less to downtown and the harbor itself. The kitchen was fully stocked, there were pastries every morning, and a Keurig for coffee, tea, hot chocolate, etc. Jersey was the absolute perfect host. He called places in the area to see who was open for dinner because we arrived late-ish in the evening. He went to pick up the food with my husband, set up the dining table with plates and utensils, and even put a movie on for my kids!! S'mores and the campfire on our last night was a great ending to our weekend!

Wonderful 2-night stay celebrating our wedding anniversary. Beautiful house, comfortable room with beautiful harbor views. ‘Jersey John’ was a great host, making us feel like we were visiting with an old friend. My Bride and I visited here celebrating our 43rd anniversary and LOVED IT! Very comfortable with the BEST view of the bay and a host to remember. "Jersy" was quite accommodating and made us feel right at home. This is an interesting B&B approach. Instead of cereal or doughnuts, he offers a well-stocked kitchen for your personal use. Just bring your special needs, because he has everything else there waiting for you.

Beautiful place with great views! Our room was cute and clean very comfortable! Jersey John was great, showed us around the different rooms, gave us some good choices to go for drinks and dinner, was very friendly and had some great laughs while there! Plenty of pastries and fruit and snacks, refrigerator was stocked with beverages and yogurt! John is doing a great job with the different renovations was working hard everyday! Would definitely recommend!

I was walking with my husband and I stopped to ask this man painting his sign if your inn offered breakfast to non guests, there was no Place open! He said you can have breakfast here and got down off his ladder and said follow me so up to the front door we went and he sat us at a lovely outdoor overlooking the harbor! Soon brought us coffee and the breakfast we asked for. We were both so thankful and appreciative! We then had great conversation and tour of his property which was very impressive my husband has an engineer vision and complimented all the floors and other recent projects! Jersey John leads business with his heart and it shows ! Grounds are lovingly cared for!

Charming inn and very comfortable with attention to details . Stayed in the Admirals House. Was very well equipped for cooking if desired, coffee and snacks always available, spacious lounging area. Bedroom was very comfortable with small deck and good shower/bath. Host is very friendly and nice and gives good suggestions for things to do and places to eat. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful inn with stunning views. The innkeeper was outstanding. He answered all questions and offered restaurant suggestions. He also had an outdoor fire every night. Although this inn does not offer breakfast (which is clearly stated in their hotel information so was not expected) they have pastries, coffee, hot chocolate, an assortment of cold drinks, and a full functioning kitchen that can be used by guests. One night the innkeeper was heading to town for groceries and even asked if we needed anything he could pick up for us. I understand the inn was somewhat recently purchased by the new owners and they have refurbished it well. They are doing a great job and working nonstop to make it even better. They've added a crows nest to the top of Greenleaf for an even better view. The property consists of two structures and guests have access to each which offers multiple gathering rooms. The sleeping rooms are clean, cute, and comfortable.
