A True Pearl of the Stockholm Archipelago, to the View of the Boats to Russia & Aaland, magic steam is in the air, with the bells of Lost Frequencies in the Aula, and wake up from the Triangle of the zenshin Treatment Room, last seen in the vast roman Hot Bath, to a light spring Breeze. Having been to the SPA 10+ times, never been Bedded over at the Hotel before, I am well familiar with the starter Rare Duck, once unlawfully and retributed by a kick, having screamed "Anka" in the Sleeping Sauna, I for the first time met the "Sashimi", which well matches its texture deliciousity. Breakfast lives up to my standards, so does hygiene, and non-alcoholic alternatives. I did lose my member pre-clips Yukata, which is how you get to bring one home. No worries, I will soon be there again.

From the suite to the "baths" until the spa treament these were one of the best choices we made when we decide to visit Sweden. Few days here worked as a full mind and body recharge. We loved use daily yukata and dont worry about anything ! The ofuro in the suite gaveta us a plus because we could enjoy private authentic japanese bath ritual Evelyn morning before hit the garden and enjoy outside nature. First day we miss the daily acitivies but the second we tried 2 diferent classes wiht Oskar the instrutor. What a sound healing bowls sessions, we will Neves forget the experience. Thanks a lot yasuragi and our deep thanks to Oskar to perform the class in english to make us abre to understand. See you when we come back to Sweden in the future !

Absolutely appalling costumer service, having worked in 5 star hotels for most of my life and having visited here many times in the past, I’m really saddened to see how you treat your customers. My friend had an accident the evening before we were gonna arrive she’s visiting from abroad and she tripped in the stairs. I called and asked if we could move our visit for the following day so less than 24 hours. I got told to email because the girl answering the phones on reception wasn’t taking care of these situations. I sent an email ans get a standard reply from the same girl that answered the phone (!) what a waste of my time because they didn’t even care to read my email just sent the standard reply, seriously I’m I dealing with a cheap low budget airline or a supposedly fancy spa?!! If you are travelling to Sweden don’t come for the customer service because it’s none existent.

Very nice place less that half an hour from Stockholm, warm pools outside that were very enjoyable during winter. Many options for saunas as well and the inside pool was also nice and warm. The property had both clea rooms and pools that was very impressive. Nice attentive staff. The clothing provide also adds to the charm. Love to revisit specially during some snowy days.

So we stayed only for one night at this getaway location. It was actually well needed for people who work alot in big cities with lots of noice and hectic stressful lifestyles. Great wonderful peaceful baths , saunas . Sleeping on the mattresses on the tatami was wonderful, so was the food served inside the master suite . The wash stools and the jap way of washing up is wonderful. So location , and authenticity of the hotel and jap interior and way of life was genuine. Now , for the disappointments : we had a geisha service , but we wish she would have stayed for dinner and had a longer chat and some more interaction. The hotel and baths are too crowded , and honestly abit overpriced. I wished we would have got more …. And the massage was not available, all booked for several days … made me sad . But great for one or two nights for people who need to really chill out

The spa was far too big, there were too many people, and the peace they tried to create turned into chaos instead, with all the shoes, towels, and bathrobes. Also many of the rooms was really cold for example the restaurant. My main course was cold, and my husband’s main course was completely raw and not very good either. They did give him a new one but still not really good. It didn’t live up to the standard, so we are not satisfied and will not be coming back or recommend it to others. The shop they had at the hotel was really good and with nice stuff!!

Great Spa! Luxurious and serene atmosphere. Everything was clean, looking great and excellent service. The tea lounge was super comfortable and outside pools beautiful. The activities were great to attend. Things to be aware of: there is only one dry 80 degree sauna and one cold plunge. And it's a clothed (swimwear) Spa!
