Just a short walk to Barefoot Beach (1.2Miles) , 20 restaurants close by, Publix within 1 Mile, bait store at corner. New baths, kitchen, fresh paint, fans. Large Screened in Lanai, Vaulted Ceilings, New Full Kitchen, Full sized washer and dryer. Room for three cars in the drive. NO DOGS, Smoking outside.
We have a property across the street and you can sit on the Gulf Access canal there or launch your kayak.
New sidewalks have been added on the street giving better access to the beach.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.

The property was clean and easy to get to it. Nice selection of restaurants and the beach closed 2 minutes drive.
