Perfect location and an amazing apartment ... Receptionist was amazing and so very helpful .. parking in private grounds helpful .. had a great day watching may day parades and eating the most amazing foods.. if you want apartment with 200 metres of centre and just round corner from metro this is perfect

Despite the initial difficulty to identify the Aparthotel’s address and the reception (insufficient signage and direction), the location was ideal for our plans (in and out of Porto) and the inner parking vey useful . The room by itself (which was apparently recently renovated) was confortable and sufficient for a couple.

We like this big apartment, very clean and bright. A secure private parking lot is next to the apartment. The location is great, walkable to all the attractions. The staff were helpful to give the directions. The breakfast was big and enjoyable.

Very good apartment, clean, spacious, with a nice terrace, close to the center of the city. There is a place to store luggage. We arrived early and left our suitcases. Recommend it. Aparthotel Oporto Palace team, thank you!

It was a nice stay for the 2 nights we were in Porto, the location for us was within walking distance to all that Porto has to offer the accommodations were clean and comfortable, the private off-street parking was a real plus. We would book with them again when we come back to Porto for a longer stay.

A decent room on 2nd floor of a large town house. Free secure parking and 10 minutes from a main pedestrian street, 15 mins for public transport hubs. Some issues with occasional smell of drains but on the whole, very good value. Would recommend

Although it was just one night stay, overall facilities, location are very good. It has everything that is needed for short stays. What didn't went well is: 1. Check in, address of reception is different and address of apartment are bit different. For first timers, it is difficult to get to the reception and than to the property. 2. Electric water Geyser didn't work well. It stopped giving heated water during bathing 3. Somebody press our door bell at early 4 am. might be another guest and would have been done by mistake but it was enough to disturb our sleep

Comfy and spacious apartment on a convenient location. Free parking was a must for us. The only negative bit we can mention was the smelly pipes on one of the bathrooms. Also, we found one of the rooms to be colder so that we needed to switch the heating on most of our stay.

The apartment was beautiful and really nice! We loved the location as it was easy to walk to main areas in Porto! The woman working the front desk however was not very nice nor helpful and did not make us feel very welcome, which is why I only gave it 3 stars.
