Very clean establishment. Joel was very friendly and helpful. There was a little birthday cake for me in our room as I had mentioned I was celebrating a late birthday, very sweet of him. Also he had purchased turkey bacon for breakfast when he asked us about food restriction and I told him we didn’t eat pork. Again very considerate. Thank you Joel, you were amazing.

What a wonderful place to stay!! Beautiful house and cozy rooms. Bed was VERY comfortable, room was spacious and bathroom was clean with everything you needed. Our host "Brittany" was exemplary, with her stories, homemade bread and homemade jam with our "made to order" breakfast. Met another lovely couple from Victoria BC and shared all of our adventures. Would highly recommend. Thank you for your hospitality!

When I saw the huge "for sale" sign outside I got a bit worried, but here are some observations: - no minifridge in room. Only one communal. - room generally clean and well maintained, but vent doesn't work in the bathroom and found 3 billbugs on the floor. - no air conditioning (that seems to be the norm in this province) and room is a bit stuffy, must open windows/turn on electric fan. - Wifi connectivity is poor and extremely slow. - Feels like sharing a house with a bunch of unknown strangers. Room door is regular wooden door with big gap underneath.
