Stayed one night in the Magnalener hof 2 nights ago. I had a very pleasant stay. The staff at the reception were very kind, immediately made a booking for us at the restaurant although it looked quite full. We had a great meal in the open air in the terrace. I can highly recommend eating at the restaurant as the food was from high quality. The accompanying wines were very reasonably priced, starting at €6 a glass. Two points of improvement I would have for the management is the bedding and the shower. The beds are very hard and, as I have a (very) soft bed at home, I found them really uncomfortable. Luckily there were 2 spare blankets that I used to lay on making it a bit softer. The bathroom is very nicely appointed and stocked with nice amenities which is pleasant. One (very) risky ordeal however is the shower itself. The floor gets really slippery and I almost skid and fell on the floor. I was lucky to be near to the towel rail so I could grab hold to that.. I bet the management can surely do better, maybe a mat on the floor in the shower? I’ve seen it before. Having said all this, nevertheless a 4 out of 5 rating!

No, I normally only give five stars for exceptional hotels or restaurants.itvis very good at first we were slightly disappointed thinking we were going to be in the mountains. Bozano is definitely a city and the first exit you will feel like you're in an urban area. We booked a garden view room. Lovely and comfortable. . We really enjoyed the balcony. The hotel staff and Jacob (front desk And everywhere )are very accommodating. Very good breakfast. Normally we don't like to eat in hotels as the food is just adequate. Because of the breakfast and the service, we did eat in the restaurant our last night. I would make a reservation as it is very popular locally. It was delicious. They have parking at a underground garage. It's about a 20 to 30 minute walk to Bolzano. You can take the number 8 bus which is relatively easy. They only issue is later at night. You will need to Uber back. We did like the fact that it was not located right in town. It gives you some breathing room.

We found the hotel to be excellent in every way. All staff members were professional, friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. The rooms was very good, as was the WiFi. There is ample free parking (covered and not) and the hotel is situated conveniently on the edge of town. We would most certainly return to stay.

Very nice house. Located about 10 min. downtown Bozen. Staff are fantastic and all are very friendly and attentive. Room was nice with balcony, large bathroom. Breakfast was also very good. We had dinner twice in the hotel restaurant, food was very good, staff very friendly, a small complaint maybe that they were not very organized. During our first dinner we had 4 different waiters. But all in all, a very great short city break.

This hotel saved us. We had booked another hotel that was not at all as advertised. We called the Magdalener Hof who took us in that night. It was a breath of fresh air. Everything was worthy of a 4 star hotel although it is a three star (and priced accordingly). Parking is in the building. The room had a lovely balcony looking out at the mountains. The garden dining area served sumptuous food and we loved it. The staff were was friendly and helpful as they could be. The room was clean and sized for a three star hotel. We were so happy we stayed there.

Bellissimo hotel a 20min a piedi dal centro di Bolzano e alla funivia. Di fronte c’è la fermata dell’autobus, nel caso in cui non si volesse spostare la macchina. Dotato di parcheggio sia coperto che scoperto. Camere ben curate e pulite. Colazione super! Una sera ci siamo fermati anche a cena e abbiamo mangiato molto bene. Personale molto cortese e attento

Beim Betreten des Hotels war mir sofort klar, hier will ich immer bleiben. So nett, so schon, so liebevoll war alles, die Küche, das Restaurant, die Zimmer, ein perfektes Stiling bis zum Zahnputzbecher. Das Essen war sensationell, Mittag, Abend und Frühstück, da will man bleiben.

Situato a pochi minuti dal centro città questo hotel è molto bello e confortevole. La camera singola è un po' piccolina ma non tutto il necessario. Molto silenziosa e letto confortevole. Nota positiva è la palestra, un vero e proprio centro fitness difficile da trovare negli hotel. La colazione è super con prodotti di ottima qualità

La location è molto bella, tuttavia il servizio è tessile: le stanze sono davvero molto piccole per due persone anche se ben curate nel mobilio. la pulizia lascia molto desiderare: polvere sui cuscini e sugli arredi, contenitori del doccia schiuma vuoti e mai sostituiti nonostante richiesta.quelli che peggio cestino del bagno non svuotato e lasciato con la spazzatura dei precedenti ospiti.
