Ulasan Zanhotel Regina

It was a very good and comfortable hotel the Location was in the centre for me was perfect, the staff were so nice and helpful , the breakfast was good , I recommend this hotel and it will be my place every time I visit Bologna.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. WiFi was ok and breakfast was quite various.

Hotel is located in the center of Bologna, very easy to reach from the city center and train station by foot or bike. The room is a little small, which is quite common in Europe, but the quality is decent. Breakfast in okay, not the greatest but also not the worst. Very friendly staff.

Front desk staff were most helpful when we were journeying around the city to view the sites of Bologna. Food, the room, air comfort and the central location was first-rate. If we return to Bologna, we will stay at SanHotel Regina. Great job!

Очень холодно! Вентиляция холодным потоком воздуха дует прямо в номер, прямо на нашу кровать! И её не отключить, на ресепшене нам сказали, что так во всех номерах. Мы спали в тёплой одежде, с головой укрывшись под одеялом!!!! Это ужасно! Вы сделали хорошую гостиницу, но какой в этом смысл, если ваши гости будут мёрзнуть и болеть во время путешествия!!! Из-за вас мы уехали из этого номера больные. Не рекомендуем этот отель! Так же в номере нет чайника и тапочек.
