Bologna Homestay

I felt home! This was such a great place to stay. The room is huge and comfy with a nice view of the sunset. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you need, and Mary and Nello left some snacks and fruits for breakfast what a beautiful detail. I would definitely come back

The stay at Mary&Nello was excellent! The only thing we regret is that we only stayed there for such a short time. The room was wonderful, spacious and clean. The apartment has everything you need, including breakfast products. An ideal place to stay in Bologna, because it is close to the main station and the attractions this city offers. As for the owners, Nello is a wonderful person. Very helpful, he replied to all messages almost immediately and, most importantly, he wanted to make sure that we reached the apartment safe and sound and that everything was fine. We haven't met Mary, but she's probably as wonderful as Nello ❤️ There's also the lovely Eto, who greets guests with a wagging tail and doesn't refuse to pet her 💕🐶 I hope we'll meet again someday! I wish you all the best with all my heart!

We arrived with our dogs and were treated friendly by the staff. Our living space was clean and beautifully decorated. The room had a high ceiling, wardrobe and a very large TV. The Homestay is situated on the 3rd floor, it is possible to use the elevator. We could find a parking spot close to the Homestay every day. A very good restaurant is situated aprox. 100 m away. Walking two minutes by foot from there you will come to a parc with a large space for dogs.

We stayed here during our trip to Italy in September. Its probably been one of the best homestays that we have ever stayed in. Communication with the owners was great, and they very clearly told us how to reach the place and we followed their instructions to the T. They were at the home during our check-in which was smooth and explained to us about the home and the facilities. The home and especially our room was clean and spotless. A lot of attention and love has been paid by the owners in the designing of the home. They also have a fairly well stocked kitchen where you can get some breakfast and coffee made. I would completely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Bologna. There are some really good restaurants within walking distance to the home, and the bus-stop too is a stone throw away, from where one catch a bus to head to the main train station.

I booked a room at Bologna Homestay for one day because I needed to stay somewhere in Bologna before I can start leaving in an apartment. I was very happy because of the hospitality of the owners who showed and explained to me everything. I have enjoyed my stay very much due to the cleanness of the room. kitchen, and bathroom and thanks to their high-speed Wifi, TV, and the collection of Italian comics books.

Arrived very late. There self check in was very fun, interesting and leveling up. Luckily the phone gives you +7 to intelligence))) The hosts were kind enough to help me out, but i managed to unravel the tasks. The room is cozy, clean with lots of storage spaces. There's a big curtain hence it can be very intimate. Everything that you need is at hand. Managed to talk to Nello and pet Eto (i guess subconscious she convinced me to pick this place for staying). Very nice guy with sense of humor. These little things make you realize that you want to revisit this place. And mainly because the people that you meet (and the dog)))

if you are looking for accommodation in Bologna, then Mary and Nello's homestay is the perfect choice! Don't hesitate to book! The location is perfect and the apartment is very nicely decorated. The two have really thought of everything, it felt like home. Mary and Nello are the best hosts and such lovely people! We even got to know Eto! Estuvimos con otra pareja de amigos ocupando las 2 habitaciones dobles y se puede decir que el piso estaba para nosotros porque la habitación que quedaba era para una sola persona y aunque siempre estuvo ocupada (cambiando de persona) nunca nos incordiamos. Fué una muy grata experiencia. Al centro de Bolonia se puede ir a pie y alrededor del piso hay múltiples restaurantes. Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos en ese B&B y sin duda volveremos. Mariana y Nero son encantadores y siempre a la escucha. A recomendar

Esperienza ottima! Mary e Nello sono stati super disponibili e gentili, l'alloggio è stato come da descrizione, molto pulito e bello, nulla di negativo da dire. Consiglio vivamente, 5 stelle meritatissime!! Se dovessi rialloggiare a Bologna in futuro, saprò già dove andare.
