They gave us a family room outside of the main building of the hotel. So, we exposed the voice coming from the street. The room was large enough but at the first glance we felt a little bit unsafe, but it was OK. However, there was a draft of cold air in the room that we could not locate, Croissants at the breakfast were the worst I have ever tasted. Please change your supplier. Stuff was kind and helpful.

The lobby and room was very nice as it’s newly renovated. Location was also great, just opposite the train station and about 20-30 minutes walk into the centre. Staff were all very nice and friendly. The only bad thing was the shower water pressure was too low and the hot water took quite long to come on. The room lighting can also be a bit dim. Breakfast isn’t great so I would recommend to eat outside if you can.

Great hotel, very social :)) Clean, stylish, there is something to do without leaving it. It will be interesting for those who travel alone, because... There are activities, evening dances and more. For travelers from Russia with cash - keep in mind, cash free, which means you will not be able to pay the tourist tax or buy something in a bar without a card. Very close to the central station, literally a 5-minute walk, in the other direction from the center, but this was not a problem at all, there were several places nearby with espresso and food where you can pay in cash.

Location is very near to the bologna centrale station ~ 5 mins away. Good especially if you’re lugging a lot of luggages but quite a walk away from the main piazza shopping area ~ took us around 15-20 mins. Room provides 3in1 cappucino and milk creamer! Not all hotels provide these. There are English Tv channels. There is pillow menu even! Room is clean, kettle is cleaned sparkly too. Toilet light went faulty during our stay; flickering. We called reception to inform and she was supposed to call us back to let us know if their technician was still around at work to come and fix it or not but she may have forgotten to return us back the call. Checking out the next day so we didn’t bother but for guests staying longer you may have to call back reception to check….

Rooms were really huge.We had a bath with hydromasage, breakfast was great to. Overall decent hotel. Recommend

The location is one of the best aspects of the hotel. Room: I booked a standard room. While it wasn’t particularly spacious, it was clean, modern, and comfortable. The cleanliness and modernity of the room were quite impressive, especially compared to some older European hotels. Amenities: The hotel has a notable rooftop bar that serves aperitif. It’s a nice place to unwind and enjoy a drink with a view. Service: The check-in and check-out processes were smooth. I arrived a bit before noon, and they let me check in early. On the day of departure, our flight was in the evening, and we were able to check out late for a fee of 10 EUR per hour after 12. The staff were quite friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Dining: I paid for the breakfast, which was serviceable. It was adequate but nothing extraordinary. Overall Experience: The best part of my stay was the location. It made it very easy to explore nearby cities via train. The modern and clean room was also a big plus. I can’t think of any areas for improvement; overall, I’m quite happy with my stay. Recommendation: Yes, I would recommend this hotel to others, mainly for its excellent location and modern rooms. Unlike some older apartments in Europe, the rooms here are updated and comfortable.

Beautiful experience at i Portici Hotel. From the moment we checked in to checkout everything has been great : the staff greeted us in the most courteous and welcoming manner, made the stay a wonderful experience. The room wasn’t considerably spacious, but it was well laid out and functional. Didn’t feel restricted at all. Most importantly very clean. Cannot wait to go back.

We stayed in February. The hotel is very cozy and luxurious. I would give 5 stars for the interior. The hotel is like a palace: sculptures, paintings, rich velour furniture, chic chandeliers. The hotel is large, 6 floors, many rooms, long corridors with a carpet, paintings on the walls and mirrors. The standard room is made in a classic style, fabric on the walls, rich curtains, 10 meters. There is a kettle with coffee and tea. Excellent bed, pillows, bed linen. The room has a bath and bidet. For the first time I see intimate gel in disposable bags. Lots of towels of excellent quality. There was no robe and slippers. Breakfast is delicious, lots of jars of yogurt, jams, honey. They bring coffee, four types of croissants. There is a hot dish, omelet, bacon, pancakes. There is no champagne at breakfast, juices from bags. It's convenient to walk to the railway station with a suitcase, 4-5 minutes. At a cost of 11 thousand per night for two - a luxurious hotel. I recommend it.
