Just got here. They accommodated changing my check-in date since I came in late due to the terrible weather. (Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, Idaho stretch). Was here just in time for breakfast.

This hotel was a big let down. Both beds had stains and hair on the sheets. The smoke detector was ripped out the ceiling. The carpet was stained in multiple spots. Then I got spoiled yogurt for breakfast. Would not recommend. I'm still waiting to hear back from the manager that never seems to be there.

Check in was easy, it was quiet and the room had convenient amenities. The bed was very comfortable, which is not something that I usually say about hotel beds.

Room was clean, bed comfy, stayed onn3rd floor so no noisy tromping overhead. Only problem was bathtub wouldn’t drain.

Lisa was the one that checked us in and she could not have been more helpful. She was so kind, I had surgery earlier in the day and she was able to find a room that was close to a door, she was very polite and professional. Knowledgeable about the ocal area and answered all of our questions.

Like staying here because of the proximity to the airport and the shuttle service along with the staff. We didn’t use it but the bathroom shower could have been cleaned better.

Great location close to airport..No Place close to walk to to get food!
Unit was comfy enough...Air/heat unit loud. Had to turn it off to sleep-then road noise was heard.
Alex was a very pleasant host!
Free shuttle to/from airport was so easy!

The Inn America - Boise, is a great place to stay overnight when in a pinch. The price is unmatched. What you give up for the low price is minimal if you just want some place to lay your head that is clean enough and tidy.
The halls smelled like vape juice - which wasn't bad, just strong.
The rooms did not smell at all, though.
I would stay again.
