Correct

Un hôtel première classe qui sort du lot et qui vaut le détour. Super petite Hotel, avec un personnel à l’accueil très sympathique. Bonne nuit Réavie, belle salle de bain, tout ça pour en première classe, rapport qualité est excellent pour un 1ere Classe.

Etablissement qui mériterait une rénovation complète (peinture et autres). Le ménage est limite et ça sent le renfermé. Tout juste bon pour un passage vite fait éclair.

This is a very, very basic hotel, but serves a purpose if you want to sleep overnight and go. However, Mary on the reception desk is amazing. We had a group of us with many rooms and Mary helped with the booking process and ironed out issues for us before and during our stay. If more places had staff like Mary then the world will be a better place. The rooms are small, beds are basic and small. Room had one plastic chair and a piece of wood screwed to the wall that acted as a small table. Bathroom very basic. Walls very thin so can hear the fella next door snoring. Could do with a lick of paint, even if it is just to spruce up the woodchip paper. Room was only 60eur a night for 2 sharing so not too sad. Didn't have breakfast, but told by a friend it was 6eur pp and was OK. But Mary is gold dust and I thank her for everything she did. To the owners of this hotel, Mary is amazing and a credit to you

You get what you pay for. The hotel is a very cheap hotel in a quiet suburb. Staff are brilliant

Instructions for free WiFi were very poor and we never managed to get on - only tried after receptionist had left. Room was basic but fine. Lady on reception (Mary) was very friendly and helpful

the hotel is situated is a quite area with free parking spaces. the room is clean. staff is very friendly and helpfull. at some hours you can check in automatically, which worked good for me. breakfast is simple but good and affordable. the hotel is close to supermarkets

Stayed for an extra day as very relaxing and a short walk to the bus stop for quick access to the centre of Rouen. Free bus on Saturday. Staff very helpful.

Crazy noisy with the balcony door directly on the street. Smell from the bathroom sewer was very ugly. All in all we could not relax. Breakfast was very poor, just bread, butter and jam, nothing else. We would not recommend it.

The hotel was difficult to find in the dark with very little signage. Breakfasts were fine and the bedrooms were of a good size with a full bathroom. Drinks and vending machines were out of order on both our visits over a week apart. Heating in the rooms was set low and couldn’t be adjusted.Easy parking in a quiet area. Good value.

Nobody in reception. First impressions - guest toilet and coffee machine out of order. Everything in desperate need of refurbishment
