We are never coming back because we were left disappointed. Considering it is a 4-star hotel, I believe it is nowhere near that standard. For what we received, the price is definitely too high... When we arrived, the reception gave us only one room key. No additional information was provided unless we asked ourselves. In the room, there was no bottle of water as stated on the internet. The room wasn't clean, the bathroom mirrors were dirty, there was no hand soap, and the TV had a frozen picture. The sound insulation was poor. They didn’t ask us about car parking, so we were free to park without an additional fee since no one checked anyway (the car was scratched after 2 days, security 0!!!). The experience in the aquapark was also bad! The pool water was too cold, the jacuzzi was also not sufficiently heated. The webpage contains conflicting information about the aquapark access on the day of checkout. One section states that it can be used until 11 AM at a cost of 10 EUR per person, while another FAQ page mentions access only until 10 AM, with a fee of 10 EUR per room. The website also states that the towel rental costs 3€, but in reality, it's 5€. Breakfast was average. The employees are polite but not sufficiently prepared.
