GGuest UserHighly recommended for a short weekend getaway from busy Jakarta. We did a staycation for one night. Arrived before midday and while waiting for our room, we tried the spa at the hotel which was excellent. Check in time was at 14.00 but at 13.15 we were sent a text to say our room is ready.
Friendly and attentive staff across the hotel. I asked for a direction to the spa location and one of the staff I met at the corridor went out of his way to take me right to the front door of the spa - he could’ve told me the direction but insisted of accompanying me there. Really appreciate the gesture.
Breakfast buffet is impressive with large selection, and pretty good food. Love the view and surroundings of the hotel, and all the facilities, even a mini zoo behind the villas. We pretty much spent the whole time at the hotel and across the road to Taman Budaya.
Highly recommended to stay here; great job to the whole Aston Sentul team to make our stay very pleasant.

MMarioMaA very impressive resort hotel in bogor with breathtaking landscape view and delicate food at Cascade Restaurant. The infinity pool is so comfortable that my kid didnt want to leave even when it began to rain.

SShamsiah Saadonthe room was clean. the service was great. the staff was nice. especially the guard at the swimming pool named ‘Hadis’, he helped us find our transportation to go to Jakarta.
the food was really good. none of the food is disappointing. i was very much amazed by the sparkling water dispenser.
the location was very photographable. alot of beautiful scenery to take pictures with.

AAynsdIt is my first time here in Royal Safari, it is located in the middle of Bogor town. However this hotel is not the main Taman Safari Hotel, it is the one located outside of the Taman Safari. You need to drive about 15 - 20 minutes to get to the real Taman Safari. Nevertheless, Royal Safari is very nice to bring your children for a weekend getaways, because there are a lot of attractions and animals for educational purposes.
The room is quite small, but that’s alright. You will be spending your time a lot outside anyway.

GGuest Userdari proses ci cepet karna memang sepi ya serta fo ramah dan informatif for guest, untuk room kebersihannya masih kurang. sheet lecek & spot, the bathroom was old and lots of watermark even on their tumblers. notice the dusty please, Breakfast diantar lebih cepat dibanding yang kami mau, but woww makanannya enak enak next jika kesini harus coba yang lain juga. lebih bagus kalau pas dapet open buffet. pemandangannya oke banget dengan suasana yang mendukung jugaa, ga terlalu jauh buat ke puncak. fasilitas yang di sediakan juga oke bngt untuk harga segini. but when co, fo staff tidak ada nanya apapun tentang pengalaman menginap dll only take the RFID.
Overall, it's a place worth revisiting, but there's still work to be done to make it even better.
You can do better than this, especially with low occupancy 🥰

AAries TravellerInitially they gave us a room that was very loud and noisy. Apparently, that wing was under renovation. We called the hotel and requested a quiet wing. They agreed and moved us to a newer room (on the other side of the wing).
If you love nature and tranquility, you will love this hotel. They have spa, bar, pool and mini zoo.
The room is quite spacious and it has balcony (with garden/mountain) view.

Breakfast was ala carte due to fasting period thus need to inform breakfast type, if not, it will be default rice set.
Shower pipe has sound and there was no instruction on how to use it.
Nice scenary view.
