The owners and staff are really friendly and helpful and the food was fantastic. Rooms are very clean, hair dryer provided and toiletries topped up daily. The hotel has a good sized restaurant, bar and lovely beer garden with plenty of shaded areas. We stayed as part of a Wildwatchingspain nature trip, but the area is also popular with hikers, cyclists and bikers. It has a great atmosphere and is well located close to Riaño and Picos de Europa. We will definitely come back!

I had to cancel my reservation and gave almost 30 days notice of the cancellation. According to the cancellation policy, they should refund me 60 percent of the deposit. I sent three emails to the hotel to request a refund but never received a response. Not happy!

I found this place online when doing the driving loop of the Picos De Europa and it was about half way around my route, so it fit in perfectly. It was easy to find and easy to check in. I wasn’t sure what to expect but my room was sparking clean, nice clean towels and toiletries and two comfy, large single beds. There’s absolutely nothing in the area so it was nice that the hotel has a fully functional bar and restaurant, serving food at very reasonable prices. It’s right off the main road but still very quiet and only 5 mins drive from the beautiful village of Riaño. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the price was super reasonable. I’d be happy to stay here again without a doubt and I’d recommend it if you’re visiting the area on a budget.

We have just spent three nights at this lovely hotel. Our room on the first floor overlooked the main road but the road was very quiet, particularly at night. The hotel was well maintained and kept clean. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. There was plenty of choice in the restaurant which served meals every evening. A perfect location for travelling around the Picos mountains.

We stayed in six hotels during a recent visit to Spain and while Hotel Tierra De La Reina probably provided the best room of all it also, without doubt, provided the worst breakfast ever. On the plus side...the room was superb, the bed very comfortable and the hotel is situated in a wonderful area providing easy access to the Picos de Europa and on the Riaño to Potes road which is one of the most spectacularly beautiful you’re ever likely to drive. On the debit side...the shower, which looked great, had a serious design fault and you’ll spend longer clearing up the flooded floor than you will actually showering, breakfast was dreadful - I honestly didn’t know you could mess up toast! - and, although the evening restaurant was friendlier it still left a lot to be desired.

Por situación, comodidad y servicios que ofrece, es un hotel sencillo y perfecto para pasar unos días conociendo la zona. Habitaciones amplias y cenas y desayunos más que correctos , muy bien de precio y mejor de calidad y cantidad. Con aparcamiento en la entrada y personal muy profesional y agradable. Recomendable 100%

Hotel muy acogedor. Dispone de todo lo necesario para pasar unos días magníficos.Los dueños muy serviciales nos dieron toda clase de indicaciones para hacer rutas por la zona que merecen la pena. Muy limpio. Dan servicio de restauración también así que muy cómodo porque el pueblo es bastante pequeño y en esa época había muchos lo ales cerrados

Nuestra primera fiesta de fin de año fuera de casa, de turismo de montaña y la verdad que pasamos varios días estupendos y tranquilos en la zona y sobre todo en el hotel. Habitación amplia, muy cómoda (colchón y almohadas), limpia y agradable calefacción de suelo radiante, que te hace olvidar el invierno de la comarca. La cafetería y salón, elegantes, cómodos, buenas vistas y con una buena chimenea. Tienen servicio de Loterías. Y en el restaurante carta variada de la zona, comida abundante y muy sabrosa. El desayuno diario (incluido) estupendo, completísimo y servido por ellos en mesa. (bizcocho, cesta fruta, magdalena, embutidos, zumo naranja y unas tostadas de tomate y aceite increíbles…). La cena de Nochevieja increíble, en los platos, variedad de vinos, cotillón y posterior sobremesa en salón-cafetería. El personal muy amable y pendiente de que todo esté bien, sobre todo el matrimonio que lo gestiona. Agradecerles su atención y hospitalidad, en especial a Elena. Volveremos seguro. Muy recomendable.

Nos atendieron tarde mal y nunca a pesar de no ser la ultima mesa en pedir. Las comandas no iban bien ordenadas. Comimos a destiempo en la mesa. La comida no fue gran cosa. No me parece un buen sitio para comer, estuvimos sentados en la meda esperando por los platos mas de 40’
