Bad customer services , no cold water , the screen door it won’t closed right. Probably won’t go back.

Hotel já um pouco velho, precisando de uma renovação. As comidas servidas são ok, mas podiam ser mais saborosas. A praia do hotel é muito boa.

Hotel bien placé proche de la capital San Domiguo et de l aéroport. En ce qui concerne la logistique d arrivée, difficile d avoir des explications en Français (linge de plage avc caution,possibilité de réserver au restaurant à thème si prendre 2 à 3 jours avant) Le buffet du réveillon du 31 Exeptionnel. Beau et très bon. Dommage que nous étions au 1er service de 18h30.. Période de fêtes et très festif le soir avec musique assez forte Notre chambre confortable et très bien placée avc vue mer . Buffet copieux et pour tous les goûts.. Hotel rapport qualité prix correct..

Property is run down, very noisy area all hours of night. I did not sleep good the whole time we were there because my room was next to a loud commercial business and lots of motorcycles and loud people 24/7

Front desk was friendly and helpful. Room was a good location near beach. Room was ok. Matress was stained and one side was sunken in. Would have been nice to have fitted sheets. Pool wasn't the most inviting. Staff were attentive. Buffet was just ok. Theres always walkable other options. Very close to the airport. Beautiful view from the dining area.

Beautiful beach, nice view, good location but it needs a lot of structural maintenance. am sure it will be a great place if some structural repair are done.

I enjoy my stay at whala being able to wakeup and go out to the beach ⛱️ and have breakfast, lunch and dinner 🍴 🍽 😋 all was good and delicious 😋 I'll would go back again. Can't forget the snacks and shows..

Old hotel. Need to renovate. Food was ok but price is cheap so what you pay what you get. This hotel can be renovate and charge more. Location is good

Limited linen, no fitted sheet, bed horrible, pillows horrible, no hot water, toilet sometimes would not flush, limited internet connection, food was so so. My daughter is headed to the hospital now that we are in the US, possible food poisoning. You have to buy bottled water at the all inclusive resort. No recycling. Room was not maintained properly, moldy smell, and I am allergic. Migraine as a result, only in the room. Safe had no way to lock. Ownership needs to step up with renovation. Do not go for the resort. This is a place to go if you will be out and about. Bring something for the stomach.

Terrible front desk. Spent over an hour waiting for my room. The room was terrible and no elevator.
