Ulasan Arch39 NAN Fuyu Yasumi

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in in Thailand. The place has only been open about 1 year and it is literally falling apart. We had booked an Onsen Room that boasted many features.... the features it didn't quote were things like "huge cracks in the walls, windows that don't lock and are actually packed out with tissue paper to stop the draught, The onsen bath ( looks more like a plastic duck pond) takes well over an hour to fill to about 6 inches deep - the hot water system turns off after 20 minutes, and the restaurant is a joke - we were offered no choice for breakfast and were served with chicken & garlic with rice - there was not butter for the toast (only margarine) and you can have one cup of coffee - if you want more you have to pay extra --- their prices are not cheap either. I would not recommend my worst enemy stay here... the place is dangerous and an accident waiting to happen.
