Backs up to an adjacent privately owned 15 acre farm. One level ranch style with three bedrooms. Kitchen and bath updates. New furnishings. Two small bathrooms each with a shower yet also a wonderful outside shower. Elliptical machine if you want some indoor exercise. Foosball table, small basketball court with 2 goals, fire pit, grill, and a horseshoe pit for fun entertainment inside or out! Short walk to downtown, NO dock. Bikes available upon request or through PEDALS HH 888-699-1039 if you would rather bike to town for lunch, dinner, or drinks.
