This is a great place for hosting large gatherings with an open kitchen and spacious living areas. Each bedroom has an adjoining bathroom en-suite. Four of the bedrooms have king beds. The huge master bedroom has a full size bunkbed, 2 full size beds, a full size trundle, and a twin trundle, for a total of 4 kings, 5 fulls, and 1 twin. Mattress brands include Avocado, Purple, and Dreamcloud. Views are of the surrounding woods and creek below with vistas of Chilhowee Mountain. Please note that 2 bedrooms and a large living room are located on the first level, and the kitchen, 3 bedrooms (including the huge master suite with laundry), and family room are on the second level. The split level stairs between floors are wide and shallow. There is plenty of parking and an attached 2 car garage with extra fridge/freezer available for your use. The 43 acre property has 4 homes. The Blueberry Creek Cottage is also available for rent. The Lodge is stocked with all the essentials- toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, tin foil, etc- we want it to feel like your home away from home. Enjoy foosball, board games, and puzzles and be sure to relax in the hammock and stargaze from the deck loungers. The driveway up to the home and adjacent parking area is newly paved and it's wonderful! Shared amenities include a basketball hoop and portable pickleball setup. The Lodge is 30 minutes from the Knoxville airport and about 5 minutes from the main rendezvous spot for driving the Tail of the Dragon. This is a quiet and serene country neighborhood. Down the hill below the home is a walking trail with bridge access over the creek to a majestic waterfall cascading into a scenic swimming hole. Please be mindful that along with the peace and beauty of being in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains you may encounter potentially dangerous wildlife, including bears, snakes, and spiders.
