Infinity Self Catering Apartments

They ruined our girls trip. My mate CALLED (repeat, she called and did not book online) to book our stay in September of last year and was continually told by the female GM that there were no 4 bedroom apartments available for the 10 days we were there. So since I was the odd one out coming from a different airport than my friends, I had to book my own one bedroom apartment and the other 3 in their available 3 bedroom. Come to find out they actually put my 3 friends in a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT building, one that isn't even owned by Infinity. A mile down the road and in a horrible smelly old building with zero wifi or cell service. We couldn't even order an Uber because the building was obviously not equipped. Well, come to find out, there WAS a 4 bedroom available for the time we were there, in the CORRECT BUILDING. They literally threw my friends in a completely different building and thought we wouldn't notice the lack of security staff, no pool etc. Locals at Doodles Bar told us the 3 bedroom apartment at the other building is owned by a FRIEND of someone working at Infinity - can you say commission/kickbacks for making guests stay there when they believed they were booked in to 89 Coral Road? Utter rubbish and it caused all kinds of problems with our daily schedules because we were in 2 different rooms and miscommunications happened. Do not stay here - besides there being no air conditioning in my one bedroom so it was literally SWELTERING, the GM made my friends stay elsewhere for NO REASON. Oh and they don't tell you the load shedding schedule either, so you just go to make tea and find out there's no power and you have no idea when it will be back on. Horrible place.

Not good communication. The property was under a major construction and they didn’t communicate that to me and I was traveling with a child. They did not do any house keep for the duration of our 3 nights stay, no sheets were changed we ever had to call in for them to bring us fresh towels. The address was confusing to find.

Just remember that it is self catering, so no cleaning etc. But area and view were excellent compared to price. First entering was bit tricky, signing was not that clear compared to busy moment on the parking area. Room itself was good equipped, though TV-remote batteries were dead. Luckily we had lot of batteries - we stayed also National Parks! Bathroom was very nice - except shower is too close to wall. Fortunately bath has European style hand shower - that just makes floor bit wet. Sleeping and kitchen were very good. This would be nice solution for a longer stay on the area

A very brief 1nt stay but we loved our stay at Infinity Apartments. The location was great & views of Table Mountain were stunning. Lovely, large, clean & comfortable 2-bedroom apartment - perfect for 2 families. The kids loved the indoor & outdoor swimming pool & the beach opposite. Definitely recommend :)

Horrendous! Falling apart! Horrible stay! No air conditioning as promised; ceiling fan not working; temperatures got to 35c inside because blackout curtains were too short for the window plus no cooling system; toilet door about to crack every time you opened the door; kitchen tap about to fall off; cupboards about to strip off; couldn't leave the building earlier because all my documents including passport and credit cards got ‘hostage’ int he safe for 14 hours because it had not been maintained; and television sound in-and-out. Elevators in a terrible state and not very clean; gym equipment in need of maintenance; and swimming pool a pond for seagulls. Loadshedding battery very noisy; no lights; no kitchen facilities; and no socket power for at least 2-6 hours a day during loadshedding. The management is beyond arrogant! Arrogance and incompetence isn’t a nice cocktail ‘to swallow’ for 15 nights!

The one bedroom apartment we stayed in on the 8th Floor was excellent. The view of the Atlantic Ocean is breathtaking as is watching the sunset from here with the Table Mountain on the horizon. The apartments offered good security and were comfortable. As the ocean is cold the apartments’ guests are permitted to use the swimming pool. Would love to stay here again. Munir D.
