Frount desk staff night and day were so helpful and polite breakfast was amazing  room was clean  never went in the pool  I will be back in September 2025

Everything was excellent: picking up from the airport, checking in process, cleanliness, amenities in room (microwave & fridge, big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, soap), amenities outside room, pool - clean, hot tub, gym, very helpful front desk, breakfast, dropping us off at the airport. You have to try it. It's worth it for its price. We love this place.

Their staff asked me to complain about the Gluten Free supply as they have been requesting for many times but no supply till date. The rest is fine, a bit run down kind of hotel

Location is excellent, right next to the airport and the Mall of America. It would be better if they have more variety in the breakfast.

這個飯店就在機場很近的地方，旁邊就是美國最大的百貨公司，裡面有室內遊樂場，走路即可到達

有24H機場接送，很適合隔天要去機場的旅客，非常方便

步行至mall約十來分鐘，早餐較單一，shuttle方便

很好，離大貿很近，每隔一小時接送到大貿，隔半小時接送機場，服務態度很好。

地理位置很好，每小時有到MOA的班車，還可以預訂去機場的班車， 半小時一班。前台很熱情，咖啡和熱水也是一直都有。

非常好的酒店，地點方便，離附近商場衹有幾分鐘車程，房間乾淨整潔，早餐不錯，酒店接待人員熱情，值得推薦入住！
