Hampton Inn到處都可以的

不太行 有點破舊其實

設施完備，服務好

Everything was up to snuff except there was no hot water in the morning and we had to take cold showers.

We had no hot water , asked the front desk was told they replaced their boiler amd there was an issue that they were coming back to look at it . Didnt help with showers though and wasnt offered any compensation

Friendly and helpful staff along with clean rooms. I’m very satisfied with staying at the Hampton In . We would stay there again.

Would not recommend unless your only option is sleeping in your vehicle. We booked a room on March 1 for a college visit. Sent an email to the manager next day and never got a response. Not a single “Sorry that we disappointed…”. Nothing. We will not stay at a Hampton Inn again. Not the brand it used to be. Here’s the message: We want to share some information with you about our stay at your hotel (Hampton Inn Bloomington) When we got to the room the keys didn’t work. I went back to the desk & was given 2 new keys, which also didn’t work. The man at the desk then went up with us & brought a device to charge the digital key reader. Then we pulled open the sofa bed for our daughter & found mouse feces in the sheets (the sofa bed was pre-made). We went back downstairs. I wanted to refund our stay & find another hotel but we were told a refund wasn't possible b/c we booked through *******. understood. We were given keys for room 302. We pulled that sofa bed open, which revealed toys, water bottle & food wrappers underneath & still likely there. There were no sheets for sofa bed so we went back down to the desk yet again for sheets. We were given two fitted sheets. neighbors had a loud party until around 11 PM & at 12:45 AM the fire alarm went off…. Why?? Never got an apology. We chose Hampton because of the brand & thought that would ensure clean rooms & good customer services for a reasonable price. No longer the case. Don’t waste your money. Mary

This is not exactly Hampton Inn's "fault," but it does make me less likely to stay at another H.I. For hours, multiple young children (ages 7-11, it seemed) continually ran up and down the hallway, opened and closed doors loudly nearby, and even repeatedly rapped on doors (including mine). They were essentially using the hallway as a playground, with no adults in sight. Parents are not parenting.

While the hotel is adequate, I was a little disappointed. Mostly the hotel soaps and shampoos were empty and housekeeping wasn’t on duty so front desk did the best they could. Shower had long hair (a whole glob of it) on the shower wall from a previous guest. Breakfast was just okay, not really much options for a gluten free or low carb options. Rest of the room was clean. Was more like an older, small town hotel than what I’m used to seeing with other Hampton inns across the us. Front desk staff were helpful and very friendly and responsive. Very close to IU athletic facilities.

The hotel staff was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. My only suggestion would be to put signage on the entrance off North Walnut. The road was closed and we didn’t know where to go to enter the parking lot.

The room was clean and quiet. Rooms are on the smaller size so be ready to be cozy. Great location to walk to the college dorms and stadium. Thank you for not upcharging for the parking.

The hotel is average at best. It is a major need of a renovation in the common areas as well as the rooms. The best part about the hotel was the shower pressure.

Personnel for kind helpful and accommodating. Hotel was clean. Bed very comfortable. Coffee and breakfast were great!
