The hotel is located in the center of Lake Bled town, very convenient. The restaurant is on the same building.
The only feedback - WiFi is not stable

The food was delicious, large portions and reasonably priced. We enjoyed sitting outside with blankets and watching the world go by. The chicken and spicy sausage dishes were really tasty, as was the cheesecake! The service was very friendly and we really enjoyed our meal!

The bed was dreadful so uncomfortable worst we have ever 'slept ' on the pillow was dreadful , would have asked for another but there is no one on reception until you check out . Room looks ok when you arrive but it is not practical, impossible to reach the bedside light switch without getting out of bed ! The kettle narrow shelf roughly 6ft high and does not automatically turn off , bit of a safety issue there ! The toilet roll has no holder and is on a shelf behind the toilet again out of reach so we left it on the floor ! No hooks by the shower for a towel . Cotton mats by the side of the bed that slip on the wooden floor . The room was clean just not practical . We had a meal in the restaurant mine was cold. Only hotel on our trip we could not recommend.

We where 4 days in Bled, ans came twice. The food was good+, the team was plesant and effective. We had Ceaser salad, hamburger, chicken steak, kids pasta- all were very good. The location is indeed near the center, so its convinient. The tiolets were very clean.

The worst breakfast buffet we have ever eaten. Poor supply. The topping was served at a temperature of 25 degrees. Risk of stomach upset. Unfriendly staff. If you asked for a refill of something that had run out, you got a sour look and it took a long time before they came back. They wanted 15 euros per person. Wouldn't even give 5 if we knew what we were paying for. Choose another hotel

I had reached out in writing to explain the unfortunate circumstances that led to the cancellation of my reservation. Despite this communication, I did not receive a response, and to my dismay, I discovered that the room was charged to my account, even though the hotel was able to resell it for the same date. I understand and acknowledge the terms of the non-refundable booking option, and I recognize that the hotel was within its rights to enforce this policy. However, it is deeply disappointing that my attempt to engage in a respectful dialogue and seek a potential resolution was met with silence.

Great place. It is situated near the centre which is great. The room is beautiful. We also have breakfast there, which is also very good. There was a lot of options. In the same house there is a restaurant where we ate two times.

WOW! 5* service, delicious food, great value. We came as a group of 20 friends and the restaurant seated us without hassle. The waiter was amazing, so attentive and drinks arrived immediately! Food was fresh and tasty. Restaurant was happy to seat us out the way so that we could have some fun and not disrupt other guests!
