Absolutely amazing from greeting by the lovely Josie, We have been visiting Blackpool for many year's very sentimental. Josie could not do enough to make our stay special, Room very modern and clean. Breakfast out of this world, so fresh and huge portions. I asked for my second day breakfast to be half, was perfect for me. Seriously couldn't ask for more . Would/will be returning and definitely recommend 💞

We stayed for 2 nights, we was welcomed warmly by josie,beautiful b and b,the decor was amazing, the room was cosy,warm with some lovely touches,breakfast was fantastic, good location, we will definitely return, the best guest house we have ever stayed in

On arrival we were met with a smile from the lovely Josie. The hotel is extremely well furnished in all areas, not just the rooms. Great sitting room and an impressive dining area. The room was extremely spacious with a large, comfortable king-size bed. Very tastefully decorated and with lots of storage space. This is a little gem of a hotel and we will definitely be recommending it to friends and would definitely stay here again.

We had the best stay at the Kenley hotel. The host, Josie made us feel very welcome and we were sad to leave. Everything was perfect, the comfiest bed, good linen, immaculate room, literally sparkling! Excellent breakfast, ended up having breakfast there every morning as it was delicious. Drank Josie out of coffee as it was so good. Definitely will visit again. ...can't praise it enough x

Came for the fireworks and left happy - this is a lovely hotel, perfect location, with comfortable and clean rooms and a friendly host in Josie, who was kind enough to cook me scrambled eggs on toast instead of a full English. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Travelled in July with my husband and son. Having had some bad guest house experiences in the past was a little apprehensive, but LOVED it! Josie is so warm and welcoming. The Kenley is super clean and the family room was well laid out. Perfect location for all the main attractions. We parked the car up for 2 nights in a local car park and were able to walk everywhere. Breakfast was superb!

Stayed for 2 nights with my wife and son. Great location, close to the beach and a team stop. Room was very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Josie was fantastic, very helpful and makes a great breakfast too! Limited parking on the street but there are reasonably priced car parks close by.

Had the most amazing stay! Room was lovely and absolutely spotless! Great location, very quiet at night. The breakfast was outstanding and Josie went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. Thank you so much ! Will be back again! Perfect for families or solo stay. Would highly recommend

We had a wonderful one night stay The rooms are perfect the beds are so comfortable, room with a large tv on the wall En-suite facilities The cleanest hotel we have stayed in, in along time Josie the owner is wonderful such a lovely lady nothings too much trouble When we come to Blackpool we will deffo book to stay again Thankyou 💖
