Just the best place to go if you want that personal touch whilst having a break away. Andy and Bernie are such lovely hosts and can not do enough for you. Full of information on what is on during your stay whenever that may be. We have stayed every year for the last 5 years and wouldn't stay anywhere else in Blackpool. Stayed also in August this year which was a bonus for us as a family. Feels like home from home with being spoilt at the same time. You won't find anywhere better. Comfortable, clean, up to date and modern decor, oh and a lovely stocked bar with a simple and brilliantly priced evening dinner choice.

wonderful family hotel, made to feel welcome at all times. i go there with friends 3 times a year because it is like my homely second home. i have been going there for 15 years and still have a fabulous stay. thank you andy n bernie. happy to recomend this hotel. x

Excellent hotel run by the equally lovely Bernie and Andy who couldn’t do enough for us. Lovely clean rooms and breakfast very good. Everything in your room you need and super comfy beds. Good value for money. Felt so welcomed and part of the family.

This place has restored my faith in blackpool the hosts make you feel welcome the minute you walk through there doors , the rooms are spotless and cater for everyone , breakfasts are worth getting up for in the morning very filling and sets you up for the day ,Andy and Bernie are a credit to the tourist Industry in blackpool , if your looking for somewhere to stay give it a go you won't be disappointed

First time here but feel like I was part of the family made very welcome. Spotless accommodation, beds and pillows very comfortable, shower was good. Double bed and single bed in room but still plenty of space. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and entertainment at night was great and lots of laughter. This will now be my go to hotel when visiting Blackpool. Thank you so much Andy and Bernie for being fantastic hosts ❤️❤️❤️

Another fantastic stay. Feel so welcome and like part of the family. Our kids talk about going to the Rockdene rather than Blackpool. Andy and Bernie are a class act, cannot fault anything yet again. Cracking breakfast as always! Some really special family memories have been made at The Rockdene If you are going to Blackpool don’t stay anywhere else

We've been coming to The Rock Dene for 13 years, twice a year and Bernie and Andy continue to be the perfect hosts. Always friendly, great with the kids, like a home away from home! We'll continue to come back again and again! Oh and the absolute best breakfast in Blackpool.

Just Back From A 3 Day Stay At This Hotel, Its Recently Had A Refurbishment And Is In Easy Walking Distance To The Pleasure Beach, Shops Etc. The Owners Andy And Bernie Are So Helpful And Will Advise On Best Places To Go For Entertainment Food And Drink.

Not long back from this fabulous B&B! Had an amazing 4 days, Andy and Bernie (our hosts) couldn't do enough for us! Food is 1st class, a well stocked bar and great company (made many new friends), along with 100% cleanliness and comfortable rooms, really couldn't ask for anymore!! We will be booking again, 5 Stars 🌟 all the way!
