Hotel parking is ridicules, however there us ample parking right next to hotel £14.00 for 24 hours. Reception area was clean and tidy and check in was fast and straightforward. Rooms clean and they come with a fan which was fantastic. Beds were ok. Location was fantastic. Would definitely go back again.

I was truly disappointed with the hotels services E.g The WiFi was not working in the bedrooms and only in the lobby.The receptionist were not that polite.My daughter who is deaf was told when she complained about the WiFi and she was told that it’s not the hotels responsibility for the WiFi.

預約了兩大一小，到後講無房給我，只有雙人房，我答我就係book雙人房，她們話雙人房不能有小朋友，叫我同Trip.com退錢。我話但trip.com顯示得我先book,甘我而家加錢book多間她又答無房，最後我理論左好耐就安排雙人房加叠床給我，希望trip.com了解清楚此酒店能入住人數，以免有下一個受害者。

Nice budget stay, in Blackpool comfy bed comfy room lovely Breakfast for the monies not to be missed they have everything on offer. Little bonus nice Wetherspoon pub within walking distance, help with the nice stroll to the tower. All the staff were very helpful giving us information on how to use the car park app, what breakfast entailed etc. recommended.

Good price , clean and quality bed, just keep an eye on the mushrooms at breakfast, they go quickly & surprised no option of black pudding! My girls enjoyed the stay too!
