This is certainly not a 4* hotel maybe a 2*. Thankfully we were in the main building as this has a lift. If you are in a room outside of this you need to carry your cases up and down many stairs. I would avoid if you have mobility issues as there are a lot of uneven steps to get to everywhere in this hotel and there are very few handrails. I think we were put in a better room than everyone else that we spoke to as most had asked to be moved although the bathroom could have done with a good scrub. The food was ok. I can be a little fussy but I found something for every meal. Love who runs the sunset bar is lovely and the girl who does the entertainment does her best to get people involved but she could probably do with someone to help her as she's on her own. I feel like some paint and a good clean would have helped this place not look so run down but I assume they are holding off for the refurb later in the year. Overall we booked this last minute so probably got what we paid for but I felt sorry for those that had paid quite a bit more.

This is the WORST hotel I have ever been to in my 62 years. This place is filthy unkept and needs upgrading badly. We moved rooms 3 times, every room the same ,only settling for the 3rd one because it was the largest. Mouldy bathrooms, rusty taps and showers, hand rails outside, rusty and dangerous , only water in so called mini bar. NO connection by phone to the lobby or front desk ( I wonder why?) so you had to walk up many steps to get there and get in the que to complain ! Did not meet one person who did not ask to move rooms or was happy with the place. Food choice very poor and if you have mobility problems, use a walking stick or wheelchair its not the place for you ! I could go on and on . UPSIDE very friendly staff and the hilltop views over the bay are fantastic.

Okay so on arrival the room was okay nothing special but the showr cubicle was dirty we went to reception and a cleaner immediately came to "clean" it. Didn't make much difference. Maybe it's easier to start with the positives as there are not many. Firstly bar waitress Love she rocks the place. Friendly vibrant and always willing to help and secondly Zelina (not sure on spelling sorry? Who heads up entertainment tries her hardest but could do with some help. A little bit more variety and specifically some input by the hotel to supply equipment etc wouldn't go a miss. The food is okay, some variety which can cater for all but I'm glad we only stayed a week as I'd had enough of the limited selection by then. Beds are comfy and a good size. Rooms are made up daily which was nice. Hot chocolate is amazing. Right negatives..... Staff- generally not very friendly, speak little English and very young. Dated - the whole place needs a refurbishment. There are holes in walls, stained nets and curtains (don't want to know) Mirrors hanging off the walls. Light switches missing. Handrails wobbly and dangerous to hold on to. Steps up and down and steep and need fixing in places. Drinks menu is limited and then changed half way through our week to offer even less. Its alot of steps from the lift floor to the restaurant and bar. Only music at the lower bar - Sunset Bar which means no atmosphere at other 2 pools. Sunbeds are uncomfortable. Overall a shame but we made the most out of our week best we could.

I loved the way the hotel sits on the cliff and the different levels to it, the views are amazing because of it and there are some quaint areas. Love, who runs the sunset bar is lovely and very hard working.Zelena who runs the entertainment is also very lovely. Our room was good, the food was good and the atmosphere is friendly.. however there were lots of holiday makers around us who were not happy. Better to stay in the hotel by the sounds of it and not one of the villa rooms attached to the hotel

Sally there is no way I can recommend this hotel. The plus point is beautiful views but the rest was a nightmare. So many steps of different depths, width, some in disrepair up such steep incline. No lights anywhere too be seen. No signage at all anywhere as to where you are and how to find reception etc. We were moved from an original room which was tiny, broken window, dirty shower, half a wardrobe, no drawers and 8 hangers. We spent 40 minutes trying to find out what back to reception to complain. The lift only helps the main building, joke being if you are disabled, the lift takes you down to a floor and there's you find 38 more steps to walk down, in 3 sets, again no handrails sorry from last set approaching the restaurant. If you wish to visit the pool that is another set of stairs with a wobbly handrail. Food was okish, we are not fussy eaters but struggled some days. No real food labels, no allergies mentioned. The swimming pool always had towels left on the loungers, we had to leave the hotel everyday as no grass to áreas so no where to sit. The first d day we came across a green pool that looked like you could walk on it. Or second room had sorry bathroom, wires hanging out of the wall, air conditioning unit with no lid and wires showing. Just 2 lamps in room no main light which made it too dark. TV did not work. The receptionist did not speak English, no leaflets on arrival apart from meal times. No posters nothing, Easy Jet never came to hotel, phone never answered by them. Staff at restaurants had no English either. Thank God the buses stopped there daily. No shuttle bus as mentioned to us all public bus. The mini bar was a fridge containing water. No where to leave your cases when leaving just packed then in reception with no one looking after them. No security anyone could walk in. There was a Dr there good knows where he hung out only saw him at mealtimes. Someone fell down a flight of stairs whilst we were there and went off to hospital with a neck brace on. Saw several knees with dressings on as time went by. No nice lounge to sit in with quiet music and a bar. Very barren reception m. Steep steps to get in the hotel and no ramp. Felt very disappointed, frightened, unsafe and unhappy there. Please ensure everyone is aware about how steep and unsafe this place is. Definitely not a 4 star why no signs anywhere, why edges of steps not painted, why no lighting apart from out side restaurant, why no handrails no basic safety at the place at all. Also no toilet by pool or restaurant, yep you have guessed it more stairs down after finding the little sign stuck in the fencing near the pool. The whole place needs renovating or felt like a hostel. Did not feel welcome there sadly
