Outstanding
FFarell SalvadorGreat place for travellers wanting to be close to the West Bus Terminal which gets you to Kochkor and Bokonbaevo. Walking distance of 300m only. The experience staying in this guesthouse was amazing. The staff were so welcoming with cheerful smiles. The place has that homely experience with a touch of kyrgyzstan vibes. I highly recommend this place for stay. Its worth the money.

LludwigvmellyDecided to book the same hotel for our return leg after trekking in Karakol. First stay at Novotel was excellent (see my other review) but the second stay was horrible. Check in time was 3pm so we went out for lunch and got back at 3.20pm only to be told that one of the two rooms was not available. Reception staff, Zania, was rude and unapologetic and didn't even bothered to provide an estimated time. Another receptionist told us it would be about 30 mins and they would send the keys to the room. We went into the room and at 4.15pm we called the reception desk and they told us they will deliver the key in 5 mins. 10 mins have passed before the key was delivered. 5-star hotel with poor time management and bad service - no follow up on room key. Other areas were good though EXCEPT front desk staff. Staff at massage/pool were polite, so were the restaurant staff. Please educate your front desk staff especially Ms Zania, as they are the first line of service.

GGuest UserThe room is small, and it was still small after upgrading for an additional fee. The front desk was very helpful, and it was convenient to go out. The downstairs is connected to the mall. The SPA environment is poor, the SPA service attitude is not good, and the quality of the massage oil is not good. Because of the poor service attitude and the poor massage oil, I didn't expect it and didn't want to spend money to suffer. The Japanese dining environment is good, mainly because we booked a tatami seat, and the rigid consumption is about 450 US dollars. The three of us ate for one night and only ate about 300 US dollars. No matter what, we couldn't afford 450 US dollars. As a result, when paying the bill, we had to pay 450 US dollars, and then we were allowed to take it away. This is the first time I have encountered such a ”hard” management method of an international five-star hotel. It's just one seat, and the business is average. There are not many people. We didn't sit in that seat, so it was probably empty.

생생명트리I stayed at this hostel for a short transit. It was great value for money in every aspect. The facilities were good and I was surprised that Aldan Hostel was larger than I expected.

SShierocksThis hotel is newly built near Osh Bazaar. The staff Rustam, Risbek, Amantof (forgive me, im not sure of the spelling of their names) assisted us very well during our 5 nights stay. All of their staff can speak English. The rooms are big, they also have lifts which is convenient for guests with heavy luggage. They have own parking too. Their breakfast is good.
Thankful that we have stayed here in this hotel.

We didn't get to breakfast because of early checkout, so can't tell anything about it.
Downside: very loud music in the restaurant below until around 21:00 (maybe not every day, but we stayed for one night only).

GGuest UserI had 3 nights stay and liked this hostel room spacecious and clean. The worker 'Arlan' is very friendly and helpful even knowledgeable if any queries, he would delighted to share and guide you. The cleaning ladies help to clean the room daily and replenishment are sufficient. Hostel in a strategic location about 10 mins walk to Osh Bazaar and you can catch local buses to everywhere in the center with only 20 som
It is a worth for value and if I have a chance to be back to here in future, this definitely would be my first choice by heart and strongly recommend to all my friends. Thank You for your unconditional service and I have had a wonderful stay at your place

GGuest UserThe location was convenient for sightseeing, with a supermarket within walking distance and a restaurant on the same premises, right in front of the bus terminal from Almaty, Kazakhstan.
The showers were shared, and many guests stayed up late drinking, but overall it was no problem. The common areas were ample, and the staff were friendly.

AAnonymous UserThe advantages are excellent breakfasts (large selection of dishes), good view from the restaurant on the 10th floor and location.
Of the minuses:
- there was a sticky spot under the kettle on the table, I specially removed it so that the maid would notice. For 4 days it was still not removed
- there are not enough stands/cups for cosmetic devices in the bathroom. Of all the accessories, only a dental kit is provided
- disposable slippers of disgusting quality. The stench from them is unbearable.

GGuest UserReception staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a very clean hotel and the bathroom that I had was extremely clean. Great, comfortable bed. The breakfast was fine, not that many options on a Sunday, but Monday had plenty more options. The location was good, if you like walking, then you can walk to a lot of the attractions from the hotel. Navat restaurant is close and there is is a café next to it - this was great! In sum, an excellent hotel for 2/3 nights in Bishkek.
