Vtf la Jaougue Soule

We were travelling with a team of kids and rented two houses. On checkout we chose to clean one house and pay €85 euro to have the other house cleaned. Despite a lot of travel experience I have never written a review about anything before, I was so upset after the checkout from Jaougue Soule I can't not warn people. I have never in my life come across anyone like Estelle, she was malicious and went out of her way to upset me despite our group doing absolutely nothing wrong. The house I cleaned was perfect and despite her efforts she could not find anything wrong so she accused us of moving mattresses, saying some were a different height to others, just crazy stuff, where she thought we got the other "higher" mattresses still puzzles me. We then went to the house that we were paying them to clean, after her inspection she went on an aggressive rampage to make a huge deal about us moving a lightweight folding flimsy camp bed from downstairs to upstairs. I am an easygoing polite person and her aggression about something so obscure just shocked and upset me so much. She called a maintenance guy to come up and verify that the flimsy campbed was moved to an upstairs room, he looked a bit baffled too. It was moved by a child who did not want to sleep downstairs alone. I don't know and still don't understand what the big deal was, helped by an eleven year old child it took all of one minute to move the folding lightweight bed back downstairs. One of our kids crocs were stolen from the pool area, the staff in the area were very helpful. Everything else went OK with the visit but the crazy awful checkout experience with Estelle that lasted over an hour means I will never return and can't recommend that anyone else book Jaougue Soule.

Des notre arrivé nous avons déchanté en trouvant notre back banana sale vetuste de bric et de broc la porte d'entrée ne fermée pas. Nous avons passé de très mauvaises nuits car beaucoup de bruit et aucun vigile pour arrêter tout ça stupeur à la piscine lorsque que l'on découvre des gens habillé de la tête au pied et voilée à la piscine se baignant toute la semaine ainsi sans que personne ne dise rien (maître nageur ou directeur) par contre l'équipe animation enfant au top et l'équipe technique aussi spéciale dédicace à José qui prend sa retraite. Un peu plus de sérieux et de standing serait apprécié de la part de l'équipe de direction

Séjour de deux semaines au camping bien placé proche de la plage. Le gîte était très propre et très bien équipé. Le seul point noir était la literie mais à part ça, les piscines sont top et adaptées aux familles. Le personnel est au petit soin. Belle découverte je recommande
