Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham

Very good customer service, rooms very clean, lovely foyer to sit and relax in, beds very comfortable

We attended a concert on Friday night. The location was perfect, room was spacious, clean & comfortable. Breakfast was soo good, fruit juices ticked the box. I even tried a latte from. The coffee machine. The gentleman at the door, checked us off the list to ensure only guests came in, last at night. This filled me with happiness knowing security was paramount! Nice hot shower and a tasty breakfast just ended our stay beautifully x Thank you... We'll be sure to stay here again. Ps decor & whole vibe of the hotel, another plus!!

Lovely hotel, close to Black Sabbath Bridge! Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. Only down side was the lifts, only 3 in use for so many floors, waited 15 mins to get down to check out, ended up using the stairs.

The stay was overall a wonderful stay and I always choose Leonardo Royal. Hotel room was spacious, although the team did not refill our soap dispensers so we only had shampoo to tide us through. However, isolated incident, and I do always recommend this hotel.

Quite good! We had a stay in this hotel due to the strike of the heat wave 😅 honestly, the air conditioning in the room was nice (thankfully). And room service is also a solid good! Recommend this.

So convenient for everything!  We had an earlier check in than we expected. Met friends at Brindley place and enjoyed a weekend with friends. Breakfast was great, with a lot of variety, friendly staff and options for all diets.  Parking was super close and relatively good value considering the location. Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom well appointed with White Company goods.  No noise from neighbours so all in all a really good choice.

Great location for central Birmingham. Friendly staff. The shower in the bathroom is outstanding ,rainshower head. Bed very comfortable ,great nights sleep. Very happy customer.

This hotel was absolutely perfect! Me and my daughter booked this hotel to see Louis Tomlinson at the Utilita. It was perfect location. 10 minutes from the train station, 5-10 minutes from the arena. There is also a lot of night life so we managed to find a nice place just across the road to have some food and drinks. The room was lovely too! We had two double beds so we managed to sleep very well after the concert! Will definitely stay again if we have another trip to Birmingham!

Amazing hotel So clean and tidy, expensive and nice seating and bar  Free Prosecco and macron on entry  Staff are so polite and friendly, helpful and kind  Big spacious rooms- we had a 2 double bed room for £90 with free coffee, bottled water, tea and also cakes with a fridge
