Stayed for 2 nights durning the Liverpool Comic Con Weekend, arrived friday evening and was made to feel welcome from the start, all the staff were very friendy and cheefull during our stay, provided us with any amenities that we needed and provided us with helpfull information in terms of travel or places to eat. Room was clean, comfortable and warm, it provided a good nights sleep and was quiet, heard no noise of trafic from the main road, we will definitely stay again, would highly recomend.

Stayed in room No.1 at this hotel, smokers stood outside our room window day and night, couldn't open the curtains nor the window for fresh air.

Stayed here with friends visiting. Rooms comfortable and very clean. The staff are really lovely and friendly and the manager was really nice when we checked out. Will definitely be returning back here soon as this is a really nice hotel and has everything we needed.

Accommodating staff. Clean and well maintained. Staff did tend to chat to each other and make you wait. Felt what I paid for the Saturday night was expensive for what it was. Sunday evening was much cheaper and very reasonable.

Definitely would pay £150 a night again, not worth it, bathroom was so outdated and the shower was rubbish! Upstairs was so noisy at 7am too could hear every footstep.
