The room I have been offered was on the first floor and incredibly dirty. Bugs were in the bathroom and bedroom. Bedsheets were very very dirty and looked like not washed. Toilet incredibly dirty (see photo) and rooms smelling very strange. Floor and carpet very very dirty. Very bad accommodation. Sraff friendly and restaurant good.

Simply service is good. In terms of Clean and hygiene of this hotel I give 7 out of 10. And specially Mr Prakash (staff of hotel),his response for service is more than expected.

One of the best hotel in birgunj. My stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and flavorful dishes. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect stay.
