Property location was good, but service was pathetic. The room we booked on line was pathetic, having damp smell, dirty, small, not a singlr wadtobe inside. Room no was 37. The moment we entered reception area manager told we are giving you 2 keys check both the room, the room you booked is not up to the mark, so it is better to upgrade. After seeing that room we too found it is pathetic, and staying in that room isinpossible. Further we had upgrade the room by paying 1500 cash. And our roomno was 56. Manager was not ready to take creditcard ot phone pe. Night we placed dinner order at 7. 30 pmand dinner recieved at 11 pm after repeated follow up. No tea cofee sachet was in the room. Toilet comode was dirty. Now coming to mornong breakfast, bolied egg was having pungent smell, wanted to replace it. They refused. While making the payment i informed manager in re eption about the entire pathetic ecperience. After paying 6100- for 6th july 5. 30 pm tp 7th july 11 am, did not justify, I will update my experience to social media also. Thanks
