Am a frequent Trip.com traveller and found this beatiful hotel in Bintulu during my busines visit. I would recommend this for a number of key factors: 1) Strategic Location 2) Cosy & Comforting Atmosphere 3) Wide spread of Breakfast (and delicious, particularly there Bubur is a must try). I would not dwell on the negatives because they are very irrelevant to address here. Will sure to visit again. Thumbs up 👍

I recently stayed at Wiwo Hotel, and it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the hotel's modern and welcoming atmosphere. The fitness center is well-maintained, with all the equipment you could need for a good workout. The pool area is a true gem, offering a relaxing space to unwind, complete with comfortable loungers and a serene ambiance. The hotel's dining options are also excellent, with a restaurant that serves a delicious variety of dishes, catering to different palates. As for the room, it was simply superb. The space was spotless, elegantly decorated, and designed with comfort in mind. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had a restful night's sleep, and the high-quality linens were a lovely touch. The room was equipped with all the modern amenities I needed, including fast Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a well-stocked minibar. The bathroom was spacious and luxurious, featuring a large shower, plush towels, and premium toiletries. I also loved the attention to detail, such as the complimentary coffee and tea, as well as the thoughtful layout that made the room feel both cozy and functional. One of the best parts of my stay was the stunning view from my room, which overlooked the beautiful surroundings of the hotel. It was the perfect backdrop for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Overall, Wiwo Hotel exceeded all my expectations with its top-notch facilities and beautifully appointed rooms. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay, and I look forward to returning on my next visit.

The hotel was decently well kept and service standard live up to a 3 star hotel. The only area that may require a little improvement is the complimentary breakfast. It has only 2 choices for breakfast, either toast bread and alternating between fried kway teow, meet and fried rice on each day. Suggest to add porridge and carrot cake too.

The room is good but breakfast has to be improved. Not many choices, fried rice and bihun were plain and there was nothing else to eat along with. First day breakfast still have nuggets and sausage but nothing during the second day breakfast.

The room that I stayed in on second floor has strong musty smell, most likely either the room is old or its been awhile since there is people staying in there. Service n receptionist is great, room is quite old

I’ve booked the Family Suite for my family. Room was spacious, we have our own living room with divider between the beds, and plus the microwave. Overall, I was happy with the accommodation just that the bathroom was a little bit smaller for that room type.

I loved the ambience of this hotel, it was clean and comfortable. The room was also spacious and cozy. The only drawbacks were the hotel was located slightly far away, where you need to take grab to access to places with good food etc. And also my room was just facing the road, so you can actually hear the motorcycle racing in the midnight.

Came here for business trip. I love everything about this hotel. The breakfast was lovely. The staff was helpful. Probably the best hotel around. The ambience was nice too. I would pick Ne w World every time I visit Bintulu. 🤘🏾

I frequently staying at this property when travelling to Bintulu, mostly is the location nearby the town area and convenient access to the shopping mall by just walking. The hotel having its good maintenance in room and others facilities. In conclusion, the property is in good location and offer the best accommodation in town.
