3-Star Hotels in Bintulu

The room that I stayed in on second floor has strong musty smell, most likely either the room is old or its been awhile since there is people staying in there. Service n receptionist is great, room is quite old

Am a frequent Trip.com traveller and found this beatiful hotel in Bintulu during my busines visit. I would recommend this for a number of key factors: 1) Strategic Location 2) Cosy & Comforting Atmosphere 3) Wide spread of Breakfast (and delicious, particularly there Bubur is a must try). I would not dwell on the negatives because they are very irrelevant to address here. Will sure to visit again. Thumbs up 👍

The hotel was decently well kept and service standard live up to a 3 star hotel. The only area that may require a little improvement is the complimentary breakfast. It has only 2 choices for breakfast, either toast bread and alternating between fried kway teow, meet and fried rice on each day. Suggest to add porridge and carrot cake too.

The lift needs repair, every time use it gotta standby stand n hold something baik baik when it arrived floor. Air very very small on second night stay

The room was equipped with all the modern amenities I needed, including fast Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a well-stocked minibar. The bathroom was spacious and luxurious, featuring a large shower, plush towels, and premium toiletries. I also loved the attention to detail, such as the complimentary coffee and tea, as well as the thoughtful layout that made the room feel both cozy and functional. One of the best parts of my stay was the stunning view from my room, which overlooked the beautiful surroundings of the hotel. It was the perfect backdrop for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Overall, Wiwo Hotel exceeded all my expectations with its top-notch facilities and beautifully appointed rooms. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay, and I look forward to returning on my next visit.

The room is good but breakfast has to be improved. Not many choices, fried rice and bihun were plain and there was nothing else to eat along with. First day breakfast still have nuggets and sausage but nothing during the second day breakfast.

We are greeted by nice staff that makes the registration so fast n efficient. However, upon checking-in, we found out the door to the rooms were not working properly n the phones not working but no towels were readied in the room. The rooms overall need to be refurbished to make them more conducive and all the equipment especially the air cons should be in good working order.

The water pressure was not strong enough, which made showering and using the sink somewhat inconvenient. Additionally, the water temperature was not consistently hot; it tended to fluctuate, and at times, it was uncomfortably cold. This aspect of my stay was disappointing, as having a reliable and comfortable water supply is essential for a satisfactory hotel experience. I believe addressing this issue would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. I trust that this feedback will be taken into consideration, and I hope to see improvements in the future. Despite this issue, I would consider staying at your hotel again, given the positive aspects of my visit. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Excellent food with a lot of choices ! Clean room and a lot of eateries nearby.
