The air conditioner is cold, the room has no odor, and the sheets are clean. The only downside is that there is a nightclub nearby at night, which affects the rest a bit.

This is 1st time check in at Bintulu Town. So far this properties is good & middle of town. For facilities & amenities okay. Just comment the staff when request the thing quite late respond & have to call 2 3 times to double check again. For cafe, need to add on staff or help staff at cafe to make sure food enough for breakfast.

The room that I stayed in on second floor has strong musty smell, most likely either the room is old or its been awhile since there is people staying in there. Service n receptionist is great, room is quite old

Am a frequent Trip.com traveller and found this beatiful hotel in Bintulu during my busines visit. I would recommend this for a number of key factors: 1) Strategic Location 2) Cosy & Comforting Atmosphere 3) Wide spread of Breakfast (and delicious, particularly there Bubur is a must try). I would not dwell on the negatives because they are very irrelevant to address here. Will sure to visit again. Thumbs up 👍

This hotel has passed it’s prime. Suitable for budget travelers only. The front office staff were helpful. Breakfast is very simple but cold without any food warmers to keep food warm and the service was very poor. I had to stay an additional night and checking Trip.com no room was available; had to book through the hotel directly but they couldn’t give me the receipt after making the payment, had to wait until the next day. A very unusual practice.

I also loved the attention to detail, such as the complimentary coffee and tea, as well as the thoughtful layout that made the room feel both cozy and functional. One of the best parts of my stay was the stunning view from my room, which overlooked the beautiful surroundings of the hotel. It was the perfect backdrop for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Overall, Wiwo Hotel exceeded all my expectations with its top-notch facilities and beautifully appointed rooms. The room is located 50 km east of Bintulu. It costs RM150 to take a taxi, and the taxi app costs between RM110-150. Most taxi drivers are Chinese and can communicate directly. It is cheaper to pay directly at the front desk. You cannot pay by mobile phone. You need to use VISA card or cash. It is difficult to get a taxi in Bintulu. It is difficult to travel without a car. Remember to bring a swimsuit when you come.

We are greeted by nice staff that makes the registration so fast n efficient. However, upon checking-in, we found out the door to the rooms were not working properly n the phones not working but no towels were readied in the room. The rooms overall need to be refurbished to make them more conducive and all the equipment especially the air cons should be in good working order.
