Everything is good especially location. I hope they will improve the cleanliness of their bathroom shower screen. It’s quite dirty ! Pictures were taken immediately l checked into the room.

Overall was excellent. Love the vibe! Breakfast superb and various choice. Only thing they need to improve is the cleanliness of the toilet especially on the shower divider.

We had a pleasant stay at the Promenade Bintulu. Staff at receptionist and cafe were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is one of the best things, surrounded by many good restaurants and cafes, banks and beauty stores like guardian etc.

Should improve on tv programmes varieties. Choices of programmes less than 10 channels and mostly are sports.

As expected. Clean, reasonable rate per night and the staff was very nice and friendly.

I love my room hear. The internet wifi is faster and i can do my work with it.
