Where to start with this hotel…if you plan on staying several nights please be aware there is no house keeping. I had to call every day to get coffee and water. They would leave trash bags when I asked. I paid for 2 rooms for 9 days and when I asked if they could supply those items so I wouldn’t have to call daily they said no. I also needed our room to be vacuumed and they said they don’t clean until we leave. I ended up calling the front desk and that’s when they finally sent someone up to vacuum. The elevator service was horrible. People were furious how long it took to catch an elevator. We would push up and down just get on no matter if it was going the opposite direction. Definitely would not stay at this place again. Our point of staying at a hotel was so we wouldn’t have to worry about cleaning our own toilet or having fresh towels but we still had to call daily bothering them for supplies.

The rooms have been updated and it was very pleasant. The view from our window over the bay was beautiful. All the staff was friendly.

Always a wonderful experience. Had a little trouble with the elevators due to repairs, however would not deter me from coming back!

My recent stay at IP ****** Resort Spa-Biloxi left much to be desired, marred by persistent issues that overshadowed any potential positives. The initial night was plagued by a malfunctioning air conditioner that emitted a constant disruptive noise, rendering sleep nearly impossible. Despite reporting the issue, the resolution was slow, if not entirely absent. On the subsequent night, after being relocated to another room, the situation improved marginally. However, it was apparent that the hotel's overall condition left much to be desired. The aging infrastructure was evident, showcasing the need for significant renovations to meet modern standards of comfort and aesthetics. While the staff performed their duties adequately, there was a notable lack of initiative or genuine concern beyond the basics. The absence of any personalized efforts to address the inconveniences further underscored the impression of mediocrity. Regrettably, my experience at IP ****** Resort Spa-Biloxi falls short of expectations, and it's unlikely that I will consider revisiting in the future. For those seeking a comfortable and hassle-free stay, alternative accommodations may be more suitable choices.

The room and common areas were very nice. We had a great view of the Bay. The room was comfortable and the staff was helpful and friendly. Our only knock relates to the elevators. They are quick and quiet, but there are not nearly enough of them. You end up waiting in long lines to get an elevator. Otherwise, very nice stay.

The room was fair. The negatives on it was the bed being too firm, no microwave, and the air didn't circulate well. It wasn't a bad stay, I just wouldn't go back because of those reasons.

I had several guests visiting. We asked for our rooms, to be next to each bore arrived and while checked in. None of our rooms ere by each other.

Everyone was super nice. It's was clean. The only thing that ****** was waiting on the elevator. Thankfully security was nice and let people use the service elevator when the line was getting too long for the elevator. The pool was open but it was just too windy to swim since we didn't want our daughter getting sick. I do wish there was a kids quest or something like a child care area so we could have hit the slots during the day instead of waiting till he went to sleep for the night.

Clean and quiet. Loved the hot tub and bar service. I would stay here again. Only a couple of draw backs. The price was a little high. I also wanted to borrow a luggage cart but they don’t do that . We had to wait a long time for someone to bring our luggage up when we arrived. When we left we had to drag our luggage with us into the elevator etc.
