Cynthia and Liza are wonderful! Customer service is amazing! Accommodations are great! Very clean and safe! We really enjoyed our stay! Breakfast is delicious and so easy! We definitely found our new place to stay when we come to Big Bear! Great experience!

Great service by Liza and friendly staff!!! I would stay here again! The rooms are large and comfy! Loved having breakfast available too! The movie room was perfect for end of the day bonding with team! I would recommend this hotel for families and business needs.

We had a very comfortable weekend stay at the Hampton Inn, apparently it’s the newest hotel in town. The parking was plentiful. Several charging stations if you have an electric car. The lobby was modern and clean. The staff was informative, efficient and professional. They offered nice extras like free churros with toppings and a s’more kit to use at one of 5 fire pits. The room was clean and modern. Also, the room was well stocked with coffee and tea. The bathroom was a good size with lots of towels and good lighting. The hotel is on the main boulevard but with the window closed you can’t hear anything. I would definitely stay here again.

This an update to a previous review. We have stayed here a couple of times and there have been some changes. On prior visits Hilton Honors members received water and snacks on check in. Now only Diamond members qualify. They used to have Smores kits available for free, also discontinued. There is a flavored flavored Keurig coffee machine that now has a permanent "out of order" sign. There are some Beer faucets in the lobby. We were told they would be used in the evenings. These are still not functional and when asked they say they are waiting on ABC. A check with ABC shows a license was issued July 2024. Still a nice clean hotel though they seem to be doing some cost cutting

We stayed one night and had a great experience! They offered s’mores kits in the evening by the fire, which our kids loved! Free breakfast in the morning, you can’t go wrong. Very friendly staff, offered cute Halloween pins to the kids. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn! We appreciated the cleanliness and convenience. Location is perfect—just a few minutes from the city center, making it easy to get around. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip!

The hotel is very stylish and in a central location. The boys love the breakfast buffet. They made s’more waffles. The outside area has fire pits for s’mores at night too. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool area. We would absolutely return here again and recommend to families.

As a gold member I am very loyal to hilton and have stay at many Hilton properties. This is one of the best Hamptons I have ever stayed at. From the friendly, personable staff members, to the complimentary snacks and cute smores kits by the firepits, to the extremely thought out design of the rooms to maximize all the space. I am so very impressed and will be back real soon.
