All the activities were entertaining, but I had a problem with the service , they treated us like we were little children but activity wise it was good , I hope you improve your service but in all the activities were the best part of the experience but another thing that was amazing was the rooms , they were so net , so I am grateful for that

I like the hospitality and everything about them and also the aesthetics. It was mostly made of natural materials like wood, with a touch of African tradition. Which is so beautiful. I’m suggesting that since their concept is centered on African heritage, the staff should wear African prints on days like weekends where a lot of people patronize the place. This I think will also add up to the experience resonating with African heritage.

The hotel rooms and outdoor atmosphere are nice, but the service is terrible. When it comes to dining, order your food 2 hours in advance and treat the staff as if they are toddlers that know nothing, because they are toddlers that know nothing about service industry. I could do a podcast on how terrible the service is here.

Great ambience and excellent service. Had the best butler , Joel Eklu. He’s super smart and down to service. The Natural aesthetics is amazing. They’re a lot of activities to do, and the staff are friendly.In all I had fun. Will definitely come back. 😘xoxo

The attention to detail in the rooms are superb The staff are very professional especially our Butler, David. He was very efficient. We had a lot of activities to engage in. The food was good and a lot, I was over fed. Generally I had an amazing experience.

We had a great time here. Our butler, Sally, was excellent. The food was also great — we absolutely loved the Atlantic Pasta. Beautiful property, very well maintained. There were mosquitos at night, though (of course) so we highly recommend bringing mosquito spray!

Robert Akwafo was very accommodating and prompt. I’m giving him 5/5 with his service. The seafood platter was delicious. Overall, our stay is excellent. The rooms are clean and cozy. It gives you the Ghana experience. My family and I will definitely be back

Aqua Safari is truly a beautiful place. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. Samuel Akakpo , our butler was awesome. He organized a very lovely intimate dinner for my husband and I.we had fun doing activities such as mini golfing, boat riding ,kayaking.

It was an awesome experience. I went with my fiance and it was lovely. The service was excellent and our personal butler, Tetteh was of awesome service. My fiance loved everything. I loved the food and how fulfilling and tasty they were. We'll definitely go back there soon
