The hotel and restaurant are superb. A warm welcome, clean room and bathroom. Copious breakfast with many choices for all tastes. The hotel was tastefully decorated for Christmas, with a welcoming pot of vin chaud. The food in the restaurant was sublime with many local dishes and extremely busy with many local non residents.

Great place to stay in the Alsace region Great place to stay on our trip to visit Colmar and other regional Christmas markets. We enjoyed the on-site restaurant upon arrival for an amazing meal. Our room was modern, clean, quiet, and comfortable (I might be too tall for the shower though). No issues except on one instance we detected cigarette smoke from possibly an adjacent room. Parking onsite was convenient for multiple outings. Nearby Carrefour Express was perfect for last-minute items. We also enjoyed the hotel breakfast for an added charge (well worth the cost). Overall, a great place to stay or stop for an exquisite meal.

Very poor service, uncomfortable room, AC will not work if not summer even in warm and hot days, Mosquitos will not let you sleep. We stayed there for 3 nights, on the first night they gave us room 35, in this room the ceiling was low, my wife and I got many hit on the head as we tried to raise our head from the bed, you can hardly stand in the sower and be careful when standing near the sink and the toilet. Stay away and choose another hotel.

This hotel is in a small town so I was nervous about how good it would be especially as we were a group of 10 on a cycling trip. After a slightly frosty welcome from one member of staff (maybe because we were a group of 10 English men) the stay was fantastic. Rooms were clean and comfortable and as it was hot when we arrived the swimming pool was excellent, clean and refreshing. The hotel grounds are superbly maintained. There is parking. We ate in the hotel restaurant where the food and the service were very good. I think even the one member of staff cheered up when he realised we are a very respectful group and didn't behave like a stag party. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Nice place for a visit to the wine region Stayed here for 2 nights as part of a 24-day trip. The village where the hotel is located is quiet and about 20-30 minutes from the villages on the Alsace wine route. The young man who checked us in was helpful, but for some reason not especially friendly. The room was small, but was clean and overall comfortable. There is a restaurant on the main level and a large patio for enjoying meals outside. This hotel is very popular with Europeans, so many people were smoking on the patio, which would have made it unpleasant for us. The dinner prices seemed high, so we ate elsewhere. Never saw the pool that is mentioned in the description and it was not mentioned by the staff...? Plenty of free parking in their lot or on the street. Would consider staying here again.

I spent one night in this hotel during a business in France. It is located very close to the Rhein and consequently to the german border. The lady ar reception is very kind and her cooperation was brilliant when Inasked her how to do due to my very late evening arrival (she explained to me everything perfectly) Rooms are cleaned and breakfast is complete

Points positifs : le jardin est absolument magnifique ainsi que la piscine. Places de parc en suffisance. Personnel du service à table très sympathique et compétent. Belle terrasse sur les toits pour la suite. Points négatifs : le petit-déjeuner (café pas bon), choix limité, terrasse du petit-déjeuner pas accueillante. Nourriture le soir trop abondante dans les assiettes ce qui fait du gaspillage alors que l'on doit avec la demi-pension rajouter jusqu' à 9 voire 15 euros pour certains plats c'est dommage.
