- clean room with 3 beds - has body wash, shampoo and conditioner - hotel has a laundry area (need to pay AU4 each for washing and drying + AU1.50 for the laundry powder) - near the pool side but was closed for maintenance - About 10mins walk to the restaurants and beach.

5 stars on everything! Spotless clean and absolutely quiet

The room is huge, clean and pretty! The only downside is that the heater is not warm enough and it was pretty cold the entire night. Other than that, the location is great and check in / out procedure was easy. Thanks!

The room front door can not be locked. But the employee is friendly.

I would stay there again ... But, the hot tub was Luke warm and not hot

We received great service from the extremely friendly anna knowledgeable lady at reception. The room was spacious with a comfy bed and great shower. Highly recommend. We will book again.

We had a room with garden view, which was more a view to the car park but anyway it was a and comfortable and great stay.  Car could be parked directly in front of the room.  Big, clean room and bathroom.  Shower was very nice and the bed huge and comfortable.  We did get a toaster, dishes and cuttlery for breakfast, which was great.  We would definetly recommend this motel.

Very good hotel in terms of location , service and the friendly staff. The room is very clean. We definitely will come back to this hotel when next time come to Bicheno . Highly recommended

The location was nice Room is good But I don't like parking view

Very nice room and close to the bus stop, just 5 minutes walk. Extremely comfortable and clean in the room.

good location, one of our room was configured such that the entrance is little awkward to enter, not a big problem though

Everything is so perfect. The town is not big but the location of this hotel is very good to catch the seaview.
