They call themselves a business hotel but i didn't get any business or professional treatment. Deducted 3 stars for 3 main issues. The ac worked really bad and struggled to cool even at highest settings. 1. There is no dental kit provided. No shops nearby. With the rate they charge they should at-least provide a dental kit. One dental kit costs only 25 to 30 inr 2. The tv channels were not working. When complained, they fixed it and the hd channels worked for sometime. Then the tv again stopped working. The staff came to check and now there are no hd channels and he says they will not work. Told him it was working for a while but he refused. 3. No mineral water bottle even for the price. Again it costs only 20 rs for 2 small 500ml bottles. No tea or coffee sachets for morning. With this service i will never try their restaurant. The good thing is i was here only for 1 day. Will not recommend because of service. If these points dont matter to you then you can decide.
