Lift is not working, hotel claim electricity backup, but for more than 1 hours no electricity in whole hotel. But staff is cooperative. Amenities are not good as claimed. No water bottle given as complimentary, u have to pay for water bottle at 35rs. No glasses and. Towel available is room. Washroom accessories are old n broken, sink is leaking. Too much sun in room bcz of old and light colored curtain not covering full window.

Rude behavior of staffs. Amenities were too dirty like towel, pillow. Service was too delayed. Even they tried to fraud me when i checked it out. After check out they called me and asking for extra payment for booking by sating that mm t cancel-led your booking.

Yes. Breakfast was very poor. Just one single table and 3 chairs and guests were around 12. Cold food was being served and refill pace was tooo slow. Towels were not up to the mark.

Location is good,can stay with family, we group of 4, stayed for 3D, rooms r clean, food at the hotel restaurant is good but little bit costly,one can dine nearby restaurants also, Overall good 👍

Very bad service, widow was open doesn’t have handle to close it. No complimentary water is available. Very rude staff.

The property is not well maintained. Equipments in washroom are getting old and few of them were damaged also. There was an office gathering during breakfast but no one informed about that how we are supposed to eat? you have to call multiple times for a single issue. Only good thing is food
