It was not maintained at all, rooms were smelly, bathrooms were unclean and staff was so rude and unprofessional specially a person name rahul from the reception. Even after requesting for early check in while making reservations and even after the availability of the room, i have been asked to pay 1000 rs extra for 3 hrs extra. Overall a pathetic experience and a nightmare

The stay was absolutely terrible and it was the worst experience. The front desk acted like goons when asked to provide early check in bill. The rooms were smelly and ac didn't not work.

Breakfast was included in the package but they have charged for breakfast. I have reached hotel by 5 am in the morning but the booking was fixed from 12 am. So they have charged 1600 rs extra.

Terrible rail engine sound. Rude & harsh behavior of reception staff. Blanket provided is very poor. Free breakfast not provided. This is charged by me. No hot water in bathroom.

We’ve booked 2 rooms and requested to change one room as it had horrible smoking smell. The new room had partially working air conditioning. Price could be a lot cheaper, it’s not worth 2. 5k unless you need walkable distance from train station
