Includes parking lane for two/three cars, outdoor showers, WiFi, well equipped kitchen and access to nice guest washer/dryer in outbuilding. A $500 dollar refundable fee will be collected separately prior to arrival. It will be returned when cleaners confirm the place is in good order. Sorry, no pets allowed because of HOA regulations.
