Lokasi sangat cocok jika ingin dekat dengan pusat kota. Hanya berjarak satu halte kereta dari pusat kota dan stasiun kereta api hanya berjarak 15 detik berjalan kaki dari pintu Hotel. Selain itu, sebagai turis Anda berhak mendapatkan kartu transportasi umum gratis.
Satu-satunya poin negatif adalah jika Anda tiba di Hotel dengan mobil, parkir akan dikenakan biaya setidaknya €24 untuk setiap 24 jam karena tidak ada parkir gratis di jalan.
Apartemennya luar biasa, baru, nyaman, indah dan sangat praktis dan Anda bisa memasak dan bahkan ada layanan kopi dan teh gratis.
Selain itu, tepat di bawah Hotel terdapat supermarket yang sempurna untuk membeli semua yang Anda butuhkan.
Tidak diragukan lagi merupakan pilihan sempurna untuk berada di Bern.

Lokasi penginapan dekat dengan stasiun, dan terdapat kandang di lantai satu, yang sangat nyaman. Kamarnya bersih dan dilengkapi dengan semua barang yang diperlukan. Stafnya juga ramah.

The location of the hotel is really near to the train station which is like about 1-2 minutes away from the main entrance which make the commuting around Bern really easy. As for the room, we took the studio apartment with kitchen which the space was sufficient and great for placing our luggage and the kitchen came in handy as well. As for the service, they are prompt in replying if there are any issues. Before our check-in we are faced with some errors regarding payment and everything was solved between trip.com and the hotel itself after we linked them up which make our trip stress free and convenient. Do note that the hotel itself does not have a front desk, check in and check out are all done using the app which required wifi connection. For the facilities, they have an area which allowed anyone to gather and mingle as well as washer and dryer are available for use. Definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again when we are back in Bern.

Close to the station, easy access to Bern and therefore a lot of train routes for easy travel (if you have the Swiss travel pass). Apartment had utensils needed for cooking which helped save money as food can be expensive in Swizerlabd

The property is in excellent condition. Just that we are unlucky to have a false fire alarm. It’ll be much helpful when some hotel staffs are on site for that kind of situation. Everything digital without human contacts creating lots of confusion in that kind of situation.

Amazing room with lots of storage and nice kitchenette. However the microwave did not work in our studio. The communal room/lobby on the 8th floor is a great concept. The best hotel of our 4 cities stay in Switzerland !
