We booked a KING room, paid for it and received confirmation. Only after checking in and going to our room did we find out it was 2 double beds. When my husband went to switch rooms, one person at the desk said the kings were all booked and the other person at the desk said there was a remodel and there were not any King beds. I don't know which is true. Clearly they were not interested in helping us at all and since we had already unloaded all of our luggage we stayed there anyway. BEWARE that what you book may not be what you get and at the facility and that was not explained anywhere.

I thought the location was great. Downtown is relatively slow moving but it seems create easy access to the rest of the city. The rooms are relatively basic I got to experience the ones with an updated bathroom and the ones without. The gym is very lackluster and the pool is even more so. Staff is hit or miss. Some people were kind and attentive, others were not. There’s definitely construction going on so there are the sounds of that happening throughout the hotel. Other than that there’s not much more to tell. Nothing that really stands out in a negative or positive way.

The professionalism of the front desk is a little worse than that of other cities' Fairfield, but the others are conventional, clean and tidy, but the breakfast is not so good compared to other Fairfields.

Trip.com charged us two breakfast with the stay while we booked the hotel. When we stayed there the hotel staff told us they didn’t offer breakfast without any explanation but told us we could call Trip.com for refund. I called Trip.com and they said they would verify with hotel about it. We haven’t hear anything back from Trip.com yet.

The room is large, the refrigerator microwave is very convenient, and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom has a jacuzzi to relax. The front desk service was very friendly and kind, offering consultations.
