Hotel Spa di Berlin

The location and physical aspects of the hotel were good. However, the service, especially from the night manager, was HORRIBLE. We booked 3 twin rooms. Note that the price is different between twin and double rooms. We arrived late at night due to flight delays and were very tired. During check in we were told that there were no more twin rooms because the hotel was full. What's the point of paying more for twin rooms if the hotel does not reserve them for us? When we asked for an extra bed to be added, we were told that there isn't enough space for it. This is not true as we had already been inside the rooms and they were big with lots of space. After much haggling and after the night manager put on a show by going in to the hotel's office for a few minutes, he came back to say that he can change one of the rooms and put in an extra bed. We were still not satisfied and so we insisted that the hotel can do something to rectify the matter. After doing another round of putting on a show, the night manager came back and said that he can now add and extra bed to another room and would also give us a 50% discount for 2 of the rooms. In addition, he said that we could take the 2 bottles of mineral bottles (these are chargeable) for free. The fridges in the rooms have sensors to detect if the drinks there are taken. The next day we checked with the reception to make sure that we would not be charged. The lady who assisted us checked and said that there was a note saying that we would not be charged. When I got my credit card statement, I found a charge for the 2 bottles of mineral water. 16 euros. Ridiculous. Throughout this ordeal, I must say that the night manager's attitude and manner were really bad. For example, I don't remember seeing him smile at all even when he first came to talk to us about the rooms. Our holiday was marred by this. Hilton is a high class brand of hotels but the service leaves a very bitter taste in our mouths.

Nice hotel with high price performance ratio. The location is a little embracing that not so close to main landmarks in city centre, aber the public traffic around is convenient (bus142 and U-Bahn5/8). The staffs are friendly with good services, i have spent two days with my friend here comfortably. Do recommend it to everyone.

The hotel is very good locations such as shopping malls,restaurants,pub and bars.

According to reception, I booked the best room because there was construction work in the P.Suite. Everything was perfect and clean, but it was very loud all night, I couldn't sleep because the window in the bedroom looks into some factory and the other window into the lobby, so opening the window and getting fresh air is impossible... I'm not a fan of air conditioning or ventilation... Furthermore, a woman came into the room at 9-10 a.m. even though ”do not disturb” was active... Hope the rooms will be aired next time... Thanks...

This hotel is 5/5 , definitely will book again if I have to chance to come to Berlin. We booked a junior suite for 4 person, it comes with super fancy lounge access, the food was delicious and unlimited drinks is provided, we’ve enjoy watching few nights of eurocup in the lounge. The hotel location is super convenient as well. It is just about 5 minute walk to the train station and there was direct train to the airport from there. It was also close to other tourist attraction all reachable under 5minute by taking metro ! I would say this hotel is 10/10 super worth what I’ve paid for

The Ritz-Carlton never disappoints me every time. The hotel is located at the entrance to Potsdamer Platz, with convenient transportation. There is an Oriental Chinese supermarket under the station, which is very convenient for shopping. It is a few minutes' walk to the Jewish Memorial and the Brandenburg Gate. The hotel facilities gym and fitness equipment are great. The hotel breakfast is very worthwhile, the quality and variety of fruits are excellent, and everything else is also very good. The room facilities are first-class, but the toilet and shower room are together. Be sure to wipe the floor dry after taking a shower, otherwise you may fall down.

The room is big, and it feels like it has been upgraded to a suite. The hotel is relatively old, and the decoration is very old hotel style. There is a kettle and a coffee machine. I don't know if the bathroom is equipped with floor heating. It feels warm when walking barefoot on it. The air conditioner is a bit loud. It is a bit far from the bus station and subway station, which is not very convenient. The advantage is that the surrounding area is relatively quiet. The attitude of ordering food in the room is very good, and the taste is average. The picture shows the dinner we had. I don't know how the restaurant is.

The breakfast was excellent. I drink tea a lot and there were a variety of tea I could choose and I could choose to brew a cup or a pot of tea. They served different kind of eggs, including omelets. The room is very clean and well equipped with coffee maker and kettle.

Nice hotel in a great location next to the zoo and aquarium in Berlin. The 200 bus leaves from outside the hotel to take you to the main sights including Alexanderplatz. Or the S Bahn is only a 10 or 15 minute walk away from the hotel where you can catch the S9 to (and from) the airport.

The best hotel I've stayed in so many times in Berlin. During the exhibition, some shabby hotels cost more than 1,000 yuan. It's better to stay in Waldorf for more than 2,000 yuan. The service staff is also very good. The room and bed of the double bed room are big enough, and the mattress is neither soft nor hard.
