Hotel di Schoeneberg, Berlin

The hotel is excellently maintained - an excellent breakfast including the service of the kitchen staff - the hotel services are excellent - the attitude of the reception staff was excellent - we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel - I would happily return to this hotel - highly recommend

The room I stayed in was a bit worn out, outdated. It faced a noisy street. However, when the window was closed the noise was reduced to almost none. On the other hand, you could hear any eventual sound from the corridor. The room didn't have an air condition, or minibar (fridge). The bathroom was tiny. The room itself was spacious, it was cleaned daily, the sheets were clean, and the beds were comfortable. Pretty decent hotel, for that price you would want to expect more, but prices in Berlin have skyrocketed recently.

The hotel is in a very good location. I booked 2 nights in total. On the first day, the hotel gave me a beautiful city view with floor-to-ceiling windows. On the second day, I changed rooms because I booked separately. I was given a room near the end of the corridor. Unfortunately, at 8:00 and 10:00 in the morning, someone took a key (not a room card but a key) and opened my door (without knocking). The second time, I lay on the bed without clothes. Fortunately, I covered myself with a quilt. The room was very small and the door was facing the bed. The outside could see clearly. I was scared and called the front desk immediately. When I checked out, the front desk apologized and said that room service should not open the door without knocking. I stayed in 2 different hotels in Germany for three days, and the doors were opened without knocking in the morning. I wonder if this is normal in German hotels? ? It's terrible and not suitable for solo travelers.

The breakfast is rich and the rooms are relatively large, mainly the real city center. It is only 200 meters away from KaDeWe, Berlin ’s most luxurious shopping plaza. The subway and city sightseeing Bus100 are next to it. The pavilion and zoo are also just over 300 meters away. Recommended! It is the room I live in. There is a door between it and the next room. Although it is locked, the sound insulation is too poor. If you live in the future, you must tell the front desk to avoid this room type.

The hygiene is good, the environment is average, the service is good, the facilities are average, but there is a self-service place with hot water in the lobby downstairs, no slippers and toiletries (there are no toiletries and slippers in Germany and its surrounding areas during this trip!)

The location is convenient, it takes a 3-5 mins walk to the station from the place. And there are supermarkets and shopping mall nearby, very nice.

The hotel is not bad overall, but the rules for check-in to start at 2:30 pm are very strange. I arrived at the hotel about 2:15 and saw that there were already many guests waiting for check-in in the lobby. The front desk insisted that we wait until 2:30 to check in. Don't say that the Germans are rigorous. I have stayed in the hotel countless times in West Germany. It is never a problem to stay a few hours in advance.

The view from the floor-to-ceiling windows is breathtaking—the entire city is at your fingertips, especially beautiful in the evening when the lights come on. The interior is impeccably designed: modern furniture, high-quality materials, and every detail is thoughtfully executed. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and even more than we expected. The bedrooms are very comfortable, with premium bedding and mattresses—we slept as if on a cloud. We’d like to especially highlight the cleanliness and order: everything was spotless, and it’s clear that the apartments are meticulously maintained. We also appreciated the additional amenities: a washing machine, dishwasher, high-speed Wi-Fi, and even Netflix on the large TV. The hosts were true professionals: always available, quick to respond to questions, and provided helpful tips about the city. Check-in and check-out were organized seamlessly. If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay in Berlin, the Berlin Luxury Penthouse is it! We will definitely return here next time and highly recommend these apartments to anyone who values comfort, style, and quality. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Well, as always, I am very satisfied with the hotel, the only thing is that the breakfast is just too expensive and the room was okay so far, only the bathroom was too narrow, otherwise I was satisfied with everything

Loved the hotel, location is perfect in the *** area, the staff was super nice and sweet! The room is cool, bathroom could use some better products, the soap bar feels super cheap and so does the shampoo and conditioner. The red bathroom wall is very nice and gives a vibe to the shower.
