The room is fully equipped with kitchen facilities and is next to a supermarket. I have lived here for nearly a month and life is very convenient!

A very, very good hotel. Whether it is the attitude of the waiters, the spaciousness of the place, the cleanliness of the supplies, etc., it is a hotel worth recommending. Although I live on the second floor, there is an elevator, which is very convenient. In terms of transportation, the scenic spots are within walking distance, so you don’t have to worry too much.

Very clean and tidy, the service is super good, free parking, the room is large and the balcony is comfortable for drinking tea. There are supermarkets nearby for shopping, and the S9 station is very close. Recommended!

We only stayed overnight without breakfast. But everything was great, including the possibility to drink free coffee and tea in the morning. We like to come back!

These small apartments are well-appointed with kitchen, bath, free laundry, etc. They are very well-located if you don't have to be in the center of everything, with shopping, restaurants and rail and tram connections to the rest of the city very close by.

Very nice, modernly furnished house. Functional and with attention to detail. It's hard to believe the apartments are already 13 years old. Everything looks brand new. There's a free Nespresso bar in the lobby, by the way. The team was very friendly and helpful, and the digital check-in was very easy. The PIN code for the doors works easily. I'd be happy to come back.

Spacious apartment. Pleasantly simple design. Equipped with everything you need. The full kitchen, the balcony and free coffee around the clock in the lobby are great. The staff was very friendly, competent and helpful. We will definitely be back 🤗

Very well-equipped apartments and good location in Adlershof. Quick connection via an S-Bahn station that can be reached in 5-8 minutes. After my first stay in 2022, I have booked another long weekend there for 2023. I think the apartments will now be my standard base for Berlin trips. The restaurants and breakfast options in the immediate vicinity are numerous and good.

Für einen Familienbesuch super gelegen, auch für Besuche im östwärtigen Berliner Raum gute Ausgangsposition. Insgesamt machte alles einen sehr sauberen Eindruck; Zimmer, Dusche, Geschirr. Einzig das Kochfeld war verschmiert, kann aber auch an zuviel Reinigungspaste gelegen haben. Können wir nicht bewerten, da wir die Kochzeile nicht genutzt haben. Selbstversorgung ist kein Problem, weil 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Einkaufszentrum Adlershof (Kaufland, etc.) führen. Frühstück haben wir bei der Familie genossen, sonst müsste man sich, so man es nicht selbst zubereiten will, ein paar Häuser weiter in einem Hotel oder einem Restaurant bedienen lassen. Das ist in Coronazeiten schlecht, da einige Restaurants in der Umgebung geschlossen hatten. Vorher also prüfen. Je nach Lage des Appartement kann es auch etwas mehr Straßenlärm geben, wir hatten Glück, waren in der Nähe der Parkfläche, dort war es ruhig. Obwohl über Weihnachten wenig los war, waren die Parkstreifen entlang der umgebenden Straßen gut besetzt, das kann bei Hochbetrieb dazu führen, dass man nicht im unmittelbaren Bereich einen Parkplatz findet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, gut gefallen hat uns auch, dass die Reinigung nur auf Wunsch durchgeführt wird. Auf jeden Fall eine lohnende Alternative zu Hotelaufenthalten, die wir bestimmt wieder nutzen werden.
