Ulasan Sheraton Berlin Grand Hotel Esplanade

A bit far from public transport, but otherwise a good hotel. Clean rooms, good breakfast buffet

My experience was horrible. First of all we arrived at the hotel and they gave us a room that someone was staying in so we had to change , I met a couple in the elevator and she told me the same thing happened to them . Secondly there is no pool even though pictures clearly show the pool , the general feeling of the hotel is underwhelming rooms are not up to date ( maybe good enough in 2005 ) , service is not up to standard for what you expect from a Sheraton . Overall I think it’s good enough but not what you pay for , not what you expect from a Sheraton hotel

Overall not bad,can’t get a coffee on sunday before 11am at bar…just one small water for 2 people and for 2 days in the room… and not refunded of the deposit (100€) after one month.Not 5 stars quality

I definitely appreciated the services that they provided. However, hairdryer should be renewed.

連住六天，早餐變化不大，容易吃膩，位於市區，但沒有公共交通系統的喧吵，相對環境安靜乾淨，面對小溪可看到鵝在水中遊，唯一免費瓶裝水需與前檯索取，有時不太順利。

衞生，咖啡機水箱裏特別癢臟。 交通，離幾個景點都不遠，歐洲最大的商場走着十幾分鍾。挺方便。 服務，外國酒店就別想什麼服務。 設施：暖氣一點不熱，屋裡十分的冷。 離它不遠有個中餐，味道倒是不錯。

商務出差首選

1、酒店位置還行，離柏林火車總站打車15歐以內，其他交通方式沒嘗試。 2、離勝利紀念柱不遠，步行約1.2公里，遠遠就可以看到。 3、到核心商圈大概2公里，酒店本身有點前不着村後不着店。 4、房間不算大，確實有些陳舊，但是滿足基本上需求，附近沒有超市便利店，儘量出去遊玩的時候買回來。 5、整體還行，性價比還是不錯的。

Хороший отель. Большие и просторные номера, удобная кровать. Очень вкусный и разнообразный завтрак. Доброжелательный персонал.

房間很乾凈，前台服務很好

預訂俱樂部房間，房間不錯，電源插頭有些松，沒有USB接口稍微遺憾。酒店早餐品種多樣，很好。俱樂部的中餐和晚餐品種不多，但很好吃。還有幹白，幹紅，啤酒，軟飲暢飲到九點。順便可以看球賽，非常好。工作人員也很熱情，我的箱子上的鎖摔壞了，前台服務人員幫我聯繫了當地專賣店，又聯繫了售後，問清了地址。讓我得以順利的修理好箱子，沒有耽誤接下來的旅程！點贊！
